Spacious Townhome in with SPECTACULAR mountain views _

This nicely appointed townhome has views galore. The property features breathtaking Mountain Views situated in the highly sought after Snowcreek V community.

** Gound Level- 2 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms and laundry room area with washer and dryer.
* Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed with ensuite bathroom and TV and exterior deck.
* Bathroom 3 offers a queen size bed with a hall bathroom.

* Main Level Living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a full-size bed and a bunkbed and bathroom.
* Living room offers a gas log fireplace, Leather sofa and love seat and a 65-inch TV. and a gas BBQ grill on deck.

** Hand soap, body soap, toilet paper, facial tissue, paper towels, trash can liners, dish towels, kitchen sponge, liquid dish soap, dishwater pods and laundry pods are provided.

Private 1-car garage. One vehicle can park in the private garage 83 inches high by 94 inches wide by 236 inches deep and one in the driveway.

The community hot tub is located 100 yards from property. Spa availability and conditions are subject to change without notice. Beach towels are provided.

Close to town, Trails, stores, great restaurants and bus shuttles

This is a non-smoking unit

We LOVE dogs but we have to put a limit to two dogs only. We do have water bowls.
There are lots of places for them to roam and explore nearby. They will love it!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. With Short term rentals becoming a business that has lost the touch of customer service and feeling like a home away from home this vacation rental was top notch. Communication with the host was great, they cared about you and your vacation. The house had all the amenities for cooking and doing laundry, glassware and silverware was very nice and the kitchen had a great coffee maker, ice maker, etc etc. The house was very clean and very comfortable and the neighborhood is great for evening walks with your dog. We had a fantastic stay at Craig and Caryn’s condo! The Snowcreek location offers convenient access to the Village and Canyon and Eagle lodges, and it was the perfect venue to celebrate my wife’s birthday. This dog-friendly condo is well-appointed and impeccably clean with everything you need for a winter getaway, including a covered garage, modern kitchen, large TV and a short walk to a jacuzzi. We’ll definitely book this condo again and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience!

We had a marvelous stay here in Mammoth. The townhome was clean, comfortably and well appointed. Having a gas cooktop in Mammoth was a real treat for one who likes to cook. Our dogs loved the place especially the yard area off the patio and walks around Snowcreek V. Craig was so easy to communicate with. We would definitely return.

The home had great views in all directions with big giant windows. The Leather couches were incredibly comfortable and we had plenty of room for everybody to spread out. The Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms and Pillows were very comfortable. The kids stayed upstairs and enjoyed the bunk beds and the TV in their room. The Adults stayed down stairs in the two rooms. The laundry in the unit was awesome, and everything worked as it should. We will definitely try to find this exact unit on a future trip.

Home was just the right size for 6 adults and 1 infant. With work well for 2 families with children Well appointed kitchen. Everything was clean. The TV/remote situation was a little complicated for the Gen Xers but the millennials figured it out😆. Not too far from town. Parking easy. We really enjoyed ourselves.

From communication regarding check in, to the fully stocked and appointed home, the experience was next level. We had a family of 7 stay at the house for a ski vacation over New Years and could not have been happier. The kitchen is fully appointed down to the cookie sheets and pots and pans. Tons of towels and cleaning supplies and laundry room was key. Easy walk to the hot tub and trails right behind the property for miles of exploring. Quick five minute drive to the slopes and small garage for storing all the ski gear. Great experience! Highly recommend!

We had a group of 6 adults and one 3 year old for a 3 day stay to celebrate my daughter’s 28th birthday. The house was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen, warm and inviting decor, large open kitchen with plenty of seating. Area was close to grocery, the village and a 4 mile drive to main lodge. We will definitely be visiting again!

Our recent stay was very nice and felt warm and comfortable, like being at home. Great neighborhood and view was amazing from the back porch (2nd floor). Close to the local grocery store and and our favorite fishing spot at Lake Mary. Craig, the owner was very helpful and checked to see how things were and that everything was all good. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to our family/friends.

Clean and comfortable condo. It was just as advertised, and located in a quiet area close to the forrest. Owner Craig reached out prior to our stay. He was helpful and also responded quickly to quesrions. 3 bedroom is so much better than 2 bedroom with a loft. Would definitely stay again.
