The Solstice Serenity is located less than 1 mile from all the action in Mammoth. You'll be situated on the 16th fairway of the Sierra Star Golf Course and 1 mile from Eagle Lodge! The Village at Mammoth is only half a mile away, where you can enjoy shopping and dining.

This spacious condo welcomes you with comfortable seating gathered around a gas fireplace and a Smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). The couch doubles as a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher, blender, and more to make you feel right at home. Enjoy homemade dinners with your friends and family BBQing on the patio with the 4-burner propane grill. Then, gather around the dining table to exchange stories about your day on the mountain.

There are 2 bedrooms to choose from when it's time to call it a night. The main bedroom holds a King bed, TV with Roku, and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed, great for the kids! It too, has a TV with Roku. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway with a shower/tub combo.
The unit comes with a private washer and dryer for your use. The Solstice condo in Mammoth offers a year-round outdoor hot tub and 2 underground parking spots.

quiet, in the woods and on a golf course
The apartment has a beautiful view, It has a decent size master bedroom, but small kids room. The kitchen is well equipped. My husband complains of little stains on the light color carpet. Everything appears fairly new for me.

The place was perfect and could have been a great place for us. Sadly, on the second day a team of house painters arrived and began to seal all of windows and balcony door with opaque plastic. No ability to see out or open windows and the balcony door. Had to leave.

Great for Small Family
The house was great for our family of 5 (3 young children). Clean, good location which is a 2 minute drive to the village, 2 minutes to the Eagle lodge, and 4 minutes to old town. Underground parking was great so that car does not get covered in snow and don't have to scrape ice off windows. Only negative was the shower in the master bedroom did not have warm water. Otherwise, the house was great for us and we would stay again.

Great Solstice Condo
Very comfy. We appreciated the radiant heat, plentiful hooks for hanging ski gear in the foyer and closets, a very easy to use gas fireplace, and clean and easy underground parking. It was our first time in Solstice and we'd come back in a heartbeat.

Great place in Mammoth
Place was as mentioned, easy check in process, great communication with property management. They let me know they were available if I had any questions/issues or needed anything. The place was nice with a lot of windows to let the cool air in (went during summer). Kitchen was well stocked and so were the bathrooms. Everything we needed; parking passes, keys, and unit/property information was easy to find. Also sent an email outlining everything before the trip.

Easy to get checked in. Love the downstairs garage and the ability to keep my bikes stored safely. The unit is clean, sun-filled, and up-to-date. Close enough to the village to walk and have plenty of eating options. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice unit would stay here again.
The unit is very nice and really appreciated the owners flexibility with the current storms coming though Mammoth. The management team was very responsive on a couple of minor issues we had. Check in and check out was super easy.

Great place and location!
We loved this property! The place is clean, min. from Eagle Lodge and the underground parking is a lifesaver in a snow storm! The views from the condo are great, especially when you wake up with snow covered trees. It is truly magical. I was a bit concerned about other renters mentioning a road near by, but that was a non-issue. Could not hear cars...or even see them. For the days it snowed I was able to stay on the balcony and enjoy the peaceful views and the silence while snowing - priceless. My only dissatisfaction was with the management company. I had to call twice. The first time after waiting on hold for 30 min, the person who answered from the Grand Vacations was in San Diego so, he had no idea of what I was talking about with local issues and logistics. The second time I called was because we wanted to extend our stay and I was on hold for 2.5 hours and was then disconnected. I e-mailed Grand Vacations. Did get a response eventually but had 3 questions and they only answered 1. I had to e-mail again to get the rest of my questions answered. It does not sound like a big deal, but for the money the agency charges, one would expect much better service. We plan to come to this location again.

2 bedroom. a lot of nice touches, like having 2 humidifiers, tv with roku in every room. Coffee maker, toaster oven, and a well stocked kitchen, great fire place. There are 2 underground parking spots (we only needed one). The master bathroom door does not have a lock, probably should get fixed. The unit is a bit of a walk from the elevator that takes you to the parking lot. This is only an issue during loading and unloading when you arrive or leave. We have stayed at at least 8 different condo's in Mammoth area, and this was certainly one of the nicest ones.

The good and the bad
We visited during off-season (October) so there were only a handful of units that were occupied. The unit is close to the road so you do get some road noise if you like to have the windows open. But the traffic dies down at night. Don't know how it would be during the busy times. The unit was clean and has a good layout. Compared to our other stays, the kitchen was stocked with minimal things and we were surprised that they did not provide coffee but there were some teabags. After we checked out, we got a text and VM that they could not find the key to the front door and that we would be charged a fee. We called back and told them that this was impossible since we had left the key exactly in the place we had noted. After two days, they finally left a message that they had found the key exactly at the location we had specified. We also had some trouble with hot water, especially on the first day. It turned out that you have to run the shower for a few minutes to get hot water. And perhaps the unit wasn't used for a while so on the first day it took even longer. We asked for some kind of compensation for a few hassles that we encountered but we got the round around and no one ever got back to us. Some improvements in the management of the unit would be beneficial. Better instructions would also be helpful. You need a code to take the elevator down to the garage and we came across a couple that was out there for some time trying to get to their car but did not know that they had to use a code for the elevator and the door to the stairs is locked and there was no key for that provided. Overall an OK stay but with could use some improvements.
