DETAILS: Welcome to Snowcreek V 770, a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, pet-friendly Mammoth Lakes townhome that sleeps 10. Located in a peaceful neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants, enjoy breathtaking mountain views and access to a community hot tub. With hiking trails behind the home and only 7 minutes from Eagle Lodge, this home invites guests to slip away from the daily grind for awe-inspiring natural beauty and unfiltered Sierra Nevada adventure.

The main living spaces are on the top floor of this 2-story townhome, set beneath a dramatic vaulted ceiling. Kick back for a night of laughter and conversation or watch TV in the cozy living area furnished with a plush couch, loveseat, and armchair—plenty of room for large groups. On brisk Winter nights, ignite the river-rock fireplace to chase away the chill and watch the snowfall over the mountainside. The chef of the group will love the open kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances and a 3-person breakfast bar for socializing. At dinnertime, 6 can share a meal around the dining table, with 4 extra seats at a small nearby table. The bar behind the sofa provides stool seating for 2. Our stay was incredible. The location is very close to the ski lifts. Beautiful, spacious home as well. There was a concern with the refrigerator however, the property managers were timely in their responses and addressing our issue. I’d recommend staying and will be coming back in the future!

This home is clean, well furnished and very comfortable. It is nicely located to the grocery store and not too far from Eagle. The kitchen has all the basics and the bedding and linens were comfortable.We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely home, beautiful location with great views. Well-stocked kitchen. Poor soundproofing between floors - literally could hear a pin drop. Also, for price paid, there should have been more basic supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The house was just beautiful and so roomy. The beauty of looking out your bedroom and family room windows was just so relaxing and breath taking. They had trails in the back of this house and the houses in Snowcreek were so beautifully landscape. This definitely was the best house we have rented. Thank you for letting us stay here as we really enjoyed our vacation because your house was so outstanding. The only thing I have to mention is that there was no tray for utensils in the dishwasher.. so minor. We would definitely rent this house again.

Liked how roomy the condo was. Everyone had a real bed, no need for the pullout couch. Large roomy kitchen. Would suggest a hot water pot for tea. We always bring our own. Water gets hot faster. Close to town and shopping, restaurants and lifts.

Stayed here over Christmas with family of 8 adults. The layout was great to separate the older adults from the young adults and the common areas were big enough to seat us. We cooked every meal and the kitchen was very functional. We also brought beach towels to utilize the community spa after skiing. It was great for sore muscles. The only issue we had was that we didn’t not see anywhere within the property to recycle and we went though many cases of bottled water.

Nice larger updated premium townhome. Kitchen fully stocked with almost every utensil you need for food or beverage preparation. We only used 3 of 4 bedrooms and 3 members of our party worked from “home” during our stay keeping our family nearby.

This was an ideal home for our family to spend a week together in honor of our 50th wedding anniversary. There were 8 of us, 4 couples. Having 4 bedrooms & a spacious living & dining area meant we did not feel crowded. We loved enjoying the outdoor beauty of the Mammoth area, including the trails right behind the property.

Very nice property and good location. Plenty of room for our family of seven. Only issue we noted is that the oven does not work properly. It took nearly 45 minutes to heat oven to 375. The toaster needs replacing as it is broken. Other issue is they only gave us 4 pods for dishwasher and we were staying for 7 days. We ran out of TP and trash bags as well. Other then those small details it is a lovely place.

And this condo is by far the best we have ever stayed at . It was also the most expensive but worth the money $$$$ .

This place exceeded our expectations. It's very spacious, well decorated, the heating is excellent in these cold winter months, the nearby jacuzzis are huge, it's very clean, and the kitchen is very well appointed. The mountain is right behind the property and beautiful to wake up to in the morning and watch wildlife. The only thing I would advise is to bring your own coffee. They have 2 coffee makers and the filters but no coffee, I'm assuming because of covid. I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone looking for a place in Mammoth.
