Relax and enjoy the serene views either on your porch facing the water or with your friends at the common area Pavilion. Go for a refreshing dip in the lake, or go fishing, or enjoy a leisurely kayak ride. Go on a journey to our secluded private cave and waterfall then enjoy hiking, fossil hunting or explore our landscaped playground. This is not just a cabin, it is a resort!
We welcome your pets, Please add the 75.00 pet fee out checkout under extras. Please keep pets on a leash outside of your cabin. We have a 1000 acres, please walk your pets a good distance from the cabin to potty.

Enjoy the best fishing in Kentucky, all fishing is catch and release only. We have a wide variety of fish including Florida Bass Hybrids, Crappie, Catfish (channel, and blue) and of course every kids favorite bluegill.

Beautiful Property to Explore

Wonderful property with a cave and waterfall to hike to. Cabin was perfect for our family of four, with an outdoor firepit and charcoal grill. Kids also loved fishing off the individual dock (caught multiple Bluegill and saw an otter)!

My sister and I stayed for a week. The property is amazing. The hike to the cave is beautiful. We loved watching the birds, turtles, and Musrats. The cabin was comfy and clean. The porch and cookout area was enjoyable especially at sunset. The beds are comfortable.

Wonderful!

Everything was very well thought out! The cabin is so cute, up to date, with everything you need. A short, beautiful walk to the swing set that the kids loved! The hike to the waterfall/cave on the property is breath taking and our 3 and 4 year old were able to do it! And your own dock to fish off of! The kids have already asked to go back! There are many pamphlets in the cabin with recommendations of what to visit while you're there that we found very helpful. As well as a binder with local restaurants in the area. Highly recommend the short drive to The Lodge at Nolin Lake. We were all very satisfied with our stay and will definitely go back!

Peaceful cabin getaway

The cabin was spotless, with everything we needed. I was even able to catch up on all our laundry before heading home. Our pup loved the lake and running at sunrise with me around the property. The kids loved the loft and want to come back to enjoy the lake when it’s warmer.

Lovely Little Cabin

This cabin was perfect for our family of 5 (kids 4, 6, 9) plus our goldendoodle. The cabin was small, but more spacious than expected, and EXTREMELY CLEAN. We made breakfast and dinner daily, and the kitchen had all the necessary things to be able to do so (minus tupperware). The kitchen pots and pans were in great shape, and the cabin was super cute. Our 10 year old loves her space, so she actually decided to sleep in the loft, and the two littles shared the extra bedroom. We went on hikes daily at Mammoth Cave, and especially loved the Historic cave tour, it was very cool. Had a great vacation, and definitely would recommend.

FIVE STARS

We had a WONDERFUL stay. The cabin was immaculate and the entire property was so nice. We stayed with our 4 kids, ages 3-10. Two of our kids slept in the little loft and 2 slept in the second bedroom (there is also a pull out couch). I highly recommend if you are visiting Mammoth Cave. The property was about 35/40 minutes away from the Visitor Center but most of the drive is through the park, so it is pretty. You can either take the Green River Ferry (kids loved it!) or drive around. It's about the same amount of time, Since the kids liked the ferry, we did that. One time we waited about 10 minutes but all the other times, we had no wait. The cabin was perfect. The cave and waterfall on the property are beautiful! We stayed in Cabin #5. Cabins #4-6 and Cabin #11 all get a sunset view over the hill/lake. (Cabin #11 is up a hill a little bit but still has it's own dock, where as #4-6 are more on the lake). There was so much to do in the area, we didn't even really get to explore on the property (besides the cave and waterfall). There is a playground and kayaks to rent. Grocery stores are sort of a hike (20 min or so) so it just requires a little planning ahead. Highly recommend to everyone!

We enjoyed the location of the cabin, the quiet surroundings, and cave exploration nearby! We would stay here again. Planning food ahead is helpful due to the rural area it is located. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Cabin and Picturesque Scenery

The cabin is exactly as listed. Very clean and updated - appears to be relatively new. All necessary supplies were there. About 30 minutes from Mammoth Cave. There are about 12 cabins spread out on the farm with lake and countryside views. We stayed for two nights
wish we could have stayed longer.

Cabin getaway

Cabin was very clean, up to date and on a lovely lake. Property provided all kinds of floats, life jackets, kayaks, fishing poles for free. I loved this place. Property manager available to help all the time. We had a great time!!

Gorgeous Place

Wow I really can't summarize. The host, the setting, the accommodations, the fun things to do, all were so excellent. It was beautiful and the lake setting with kayaks and small boats afforded us swimming, fishing, and boating when we were not doing other planned activities like Mammoth Cave. The cabin was lovely and had everything we needed for 4 adult women. Also felt very safe. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Just what we needed!

I am so glad we booked this cabin. It was perfect for our long weekend exploring the area. Even though the cabin is 30 minutes from the actual park it was a beautiful and easy drive. Included in that time is taking a car ferry which the kids LOVED! The grounds were absolutely perfect. We used the dock morning, noon, and night. My husband didn't have any luck with the catfish but our kids caught bluegill and bass non-stop. They had an absolute ball. We didn't know what to expect when hiking to the waterfall but it was amazing! This waterfall is park quality. An absolute must see. The cabins were clean and everything we needed. The kids loved playing in the loft but preferred sleeping in the bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't want to leave, so we didn't. We booked a third night and were so glad we did. I could sit outside on the back porch everyday and never get tired of the view. We would love to come back.
