« The staff at this hotel were so lovely and attentive, they provided us with great service and helped us set up some excursions in addition to our shuttle. There are a few local restaurants near by, which kept us satisfied for the 5 days we were there, but we also had a kitchenette, which was nice, although we didn’t use it like we had planned with the proximity of restaurants. Another added bonus was having laundry in our room! »

« I would not recommend this apartment hotel for a holiday but it is definitely a very convenient hotel for a business trip. There is a supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy near by. The apartment is very well furnished. Staff at the reception is most helpful. Excellent value for money. »

« Nice apartment, fully equipped kitchen, clean with everything that we needed...TV, Internet. This is not a coincidence that the place is called El Minhaj...The young owner’s name is Minhaj (21 years old) and he is doing a great job with customer service...we arrived after a catastrophic rain storm where the whole city was separated from the rest of the island with no electricity...never the less, young Minhaj was on the ball taking care of customers and suppliying generayor power for water pump...

« This Property address was advertised as a wrong address. It rook 2 hours to find this place. Very disappointed. Check in time was at 1pm but the rooms were not ready until 4pm. No WiFi in this property as we were deceived in your property description advertisement. Rooms were fantastic. »

"Le ressort en lui-même est beau, décoré avec goût et bien entretenu. En revanche, le personnel à quelques exceptions près est tout juste agréable et les prix du restaurant sont chers pour le pays, et la carte peu variée (la plupart des plats sont accompagnés de puree). Une vraie galère pour réserver les transfers de et vers l’île, ou près de 19 échanges de mails auront été nécessaires. Au final un bilan mitigé. Je n’y retournerai pas et préfère de très loin l’Octopus, ou le personnel est super sympa, souriant et agréable sans donner l’impression de se forcer."
