Dear Mr Catchpole, thank you for taking the time to review our hotel and your recent stay. It is unfortunate to read that you were disturbed by the neighboring business. We were unaware that an event was taking place prior to your arrival as they are closed on a Sunday. I am aware that we did offer to move your room and this was declined. I can appreciate that this would have been an inconvenience for you. Our hotel does accept dogs, however they are not allowed in any of our food and beverage outlets. We do however allow service dogs in these areas as they need to accompany the guest/owner. I am sorry to read that you will not return to our hotel in the near future.
