We apologize that the first room did not have a smoke detector and that you found a roach on the bathroom counter. We understand that these are deal breakers and can be very upsetting. We are glad that our front desk lady was friendly and able to move you to a different room. We apologize that the new room did not have hot water, towels, or a TV control. We strive to provide the best service for our guests, and we apologize that we failed to meet your expectations.
