« Really friendly staff. Lovely pub bar with Casque Marque cellar cool ales. An absolutely fantastic breakfast. Menu looked good and one would need to book. I’ve stayed in a number of Malvern hotels, all of which were good but I shall look no further when staying in Malvern again. »

« Nous avons choisi un chambre mi-gamme, situé dans l'aile "moderne" (années 1970/80?) de l'hotel. A gagner le chambre il faut monter quelques marches, ici, là. Le chambre était bien propre, mais le décor semblé plus en accord avec l'époque de l'aile. Le (grand) lit était le plus confortable qu'aucun hotel que nous avons visité: c'était l'invitation à faire la grasse matinée! Nous n'avons pas diner au reste de l'hotel mais le petit déjeuner était du bon qualité et a profusion. A reccomander. »

« Arrived and were able to check in an hour earlier, we were shown to our room, and windows had been opened to allow the heat to escape. Amazing views. Room very clean and everything you need, water great selection of teas and coffees, and more importantly a fan. Great quirky pub to enjoy a drink and meal. Very friendly staff and other guests and locals very friendly. Great puppy cuddles with Angus a huge bonus. Would definitely stay again. »

"HĂŽtel dans un ancien manoir avec bcp de charme. Tout Ă  Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© avec bcp de goĂ»t. Chambres standard de taille correcte. Belle salle d’eau. Certaines chambres donnent sur le systĂšme d’air conditionnĂ© et sont trĂšs bruyantes! Demander Ă  changer si c’est le cas. Petit dĂ©jeuner sur commande et de bonne qualitĂ©. DĂźner trĂšs correct et plats copieux. Bon rapport qualitĂ© prix. Le spa est THE SPA. Grande piscine, vraie salle de sport bien Ă©quipĂ©e et sauna, hammam. AccĂšs d’1h inclus dans chaque chambre. L’hĂŽtel mĂ©rite ses 4 Ă©toiles amplement. "
