Auberges à Malpas

« The location was great, right in the centre of town,10 mins walk from train station. Staff very friendly and helpful with bag storage until check in. Room was nice ,very clean and comfortable bed,tea and coffee and biscuits provided. Unfortunately though we had little sleep as the noise levels from bar/outside rooftop garden ( same level as room) was extremely loud ,the bar closes at midnight and the noise continued til 1am and we could not sleep after that. So for that reason only we would not...

« Location was good and also the matras was ok. The Bath and furniture were dated, Bath rust and mold. View from the window on garbage from hotel. We had lots of flies in the room. The TV was not working properly (bad receipt most channels). No soap and shampoo at shower (both empty). No cleanup room and clean towels for 2nd night. We paid for breakfast but was poor. On tables outside in the morning they left all the bottles and glasses. They are not looking after the place. Much much too...

« Matelas extrêmement vieux et inconfortable. Chambre très glauque. Robinetterie en état vétuste comme le reste Ce sera ma première et dernière nuit ici »

« La réception est fermé jusqu'à 5h00 pm et pourtant l'arrivée est prévue à partir de 2h00 pm. Les chambres sont simples pour le prix. Par contre, le déjeuner est très bon. »

« Fantastic property! Very accommodating and great service, highly recommend. Great breakfast as well. »

« The room was a good size and spacoius, large bed with good facilities, the only thing that let it down was the smell from the drains, but that could be to do with the hot weather we’ve had recently. »

« Absolutely no heating, complained two times, said they reset the boiler but still nothing, had to ask a portable heating device, not acceptable for the prixe of the night. Also didn’t get any hot water in the morning »
