Personnel compétent, très serviable et d'une grande disponibilité surtout Véronica à la réception. La propreté intérieur et extérieur irréprochable. Très bonne situation pour profiter de tout. Chambre spacieuse et bien orienté par rapport à la mer avec le balcon reposant. La piscine et ses alentours magnifiques. Le petit déjeuner de bonne qualité vaut le détour! Cuisine minuscule et sans équipement même pas de machine à café donc tout au bar. 2€ pour un café 2€ pour 4 glaçons internet déficient sur 2 jours sur 4 piscine fermée à 18 h 30 !!! Stationnement pour ....5 voitures plage éloignée contrairement à ce que j ai lu Chambre petite et pas question de manger sur le balcon pas de table

Overordnet OK ophold. Dog ligger hotellet meget for sig selv og i kedelige omgivelser. Vores indtryk er at hotellet bliver brugt af mange unge mennesker, da der var en del larm og festglade unge mennesker. Vi bedte desuden om et strygejern 5-6 gange i receptionen, men kunne ikke få lov til at låne et, da der var gæster på hotellet som skulle holde fødselsdagsfest.

Had a pleasant stay, great room and views. Cleaners could be faster when cleaning rooms, came back after lunch and room wasn’t done. Asked them to change bedlinen after a sweaty night, but found the same sheets on the bed!

Another lovely stay.
We love our stays at Tomir, the pool is fabulous, the breakfast buffet is great, the rooms are lovely, I would say though that this time I found the breakfast and bar staff to be very rushed and often looking miserable, I know they are tired and it’s the end of season but a smile in the morning would be nice. The reception staff were always smiling and very helpful.

This is our third time to the Tomir which is easily the best hotel in the local area. We can’t wait to go back. All the staff are wonderful, the breakfast buffet is great, the rooms are a good size. I’d say there is room for improvement with the gym which has very limited equipment. But that does not distract from a wonderful location and experience.

The management and staff are what makes this hotel. They provide a personal approach which is beyond what you would normally expect for a 4* hotel. The breakfast buffet is amazing, the pool is great, plenty of sun beds, food and drinks not expensive. All in all a great place to stay.

Couldn't ask for better!
What a gorgeous hotel. Modern, clean and spacious. Our room was much bigger than expected and we had a view overlooking the pool area. Lovely quiet area of Portal Nous. Would highly recommend for couples and/or a group of friends. Pool area is also lovely with plenty of loungers.

Tog lite lång tid att få mat men annars var alla jättetrevliga och vi är väldigt nöjda med resan. Rummen var fina och allt funkade utmärkt.

We stayed in the Junior Suite with sea view for six nights which was spacious for three and clean. Hotel location great for Marina and Village with lots of restaurant options. All the staff were friendly and particular shout out to bar/beverage staff who all did a superb job. A couple of niggles, one, regarding sun bed availability (a number of guests getting up early every day to put towels down on sun beds) and two, regarding a shortage of umbrellas (was advised that only 50 umbrellas for 200 sun beds which is not even one between two). Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel and would return again.

The property is designed for those who want to use the pool on a daily basis or go to near by beaches. The rooms do not have a microwave (which i guess may not be standard in europe), no king sized beds which made for uncomfortable sleep, and the walls are paper thin. Otherwise for someone who is in and out this would be a great option but for someone who wants to “relax” search elsewhere. Will add convenient location.

Another great stay. Good location to explore Palma but nice to also chill around the pool. Staff very friendly and food and service very good

The hotel, it's location and staff were lovely. The restaurant food and staff are excellent. The only criticism I have is the lack of umbrellas aroind the pool area.

The hotel, it's location and staff were lovely and the food was excellent.The only criticism would be the lack of umbrellas around the pool area.

Excellent facilities, location & staff
A good accommodation makes a good vacation and therefore cannot fault this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, facilities are more than adequate. Breakfasts are lovely and varied everyday. All the staff are so welcoming and extremely helpful. We had no problems with our stay but am confident the staff will try make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
