« Hôtel fabuleux, il est aussi un musée tant les œuvres d’art et antiquités sont partout. Personnel très pros et aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner fabuleux à la carte avec un choix immense. Piscine splendide au milieu de ce bâtiment du début du siècle. Massage de 2h tout aussi fabuleux, 2 nuits de rêves, je serai bien resté plus. »

« All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner. »

« All my reviews are by the Rules & Regulations of Expedia. First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE. I FELT UNSAFE. NO INTERNET for few HOURS. NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS. I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL. »
