Bon séjour à Malaga !!
Appartement à quelques pas du centre historique situé dans un immeuble tranquille et sécuritaire. La piscine est petite mais très pratique pour les chaudes journées sur la Costa Del Sol. Je recommande fortement cet appartement

joli appartement, proche plage
Très joli appartement proche de la plage et du centre ville, dans un quartier calme. Nous avons pu faire tout à pied, visites, plage, restaurants... Nous avons juste regretté de ne pas avoir un extérieur, mais avec la plage à côté, pour quelques jours ça ne nous a pas trop manqué ! L’appartement était très propre, joliment décoré et très agréable.

A proximité de tout, bel appartement bien éclairé, tres propre et plein de commodités. Nous y étions très bien et n'hésitons pas à le recommander.

Très bon appartement, propre et très grand ! Cependant, un bar se trouve juste en bas, un peu bruyant entre 20h et 00h. Heureusement qu'il ferme à 0h00.

Accueil très sympa et très prévenant de la part du personnel. Jolie déco , cuisine fonctionnelle , lit neuf et confortable, de l.espace. situation proches des transports du centre et de la plage , un quartier calme. Bemol, propreté de la chambre pas o top , des cheveux retrouvés dans le lit principal, de plus les draps et serviettes devaient être changés en cours de séjour cela n.aa pas été fait.

The apartment location was good. But the cleaning and bedding bathrooms were not good. The heater was dusty. Compared to the size of the apartment, there was only one bathroom and hot water could not be used for a long time. Especially when you take a shower and use a heater while cooking in the evening, the power goes off. Maybe if you use a lot of electricity, it turns off. I was scared and could not use electricity. have used many hotels, but this was the first time. There were many other things. I do not want to recreate this experience.

Check in at one place and a flat at another makes the check in time consuming. Excellent location of flat though. Not overly clean and dishwasher broken. But as said great location

Mittelmässiges Appartement
Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen. Dies ist praktisch, aber es ist abends (vorallem FR und SA) eher laut. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr ringhörig. Das Schlafzimmer wie auch das Wohnzimmer und Küche waren ganz ok, sauber und bietet das nötigste. Das Badzimmer ist aber wirklich klein und für mehrere Tage sehr unangenehm. Die Klimaanlage konnte erst nur kühlen und nicht wärmen, was aber umgehend gelöst wurde. Da es sich um ein älteres Gebäude handelt, ist es auch nicht so gut isoliert und im Nov. bei den kühlen Abenden ist eine Heizung von Vorteil. Alles in allem ok für wenige Nächte.

En koselig, moderne leilighet som ligger veldig sentralt i gamle byen. Kan anbefales. (Minus er den skitne, oppbrukte fellesterrassen på taket. Ikke bra. Vi ville ikke være der)! Må nevne at jeg er veldig skuffet fordi vi ikke fikk penthouse leiligheten med privat takterrasse som vi egentlig bestilte. Da jeg ikke hadde hørt noe tre uker før, kontaktet jeg utleieren for å få vite at det var "vann lekkasje" i leiligheten. På så kort varsel måtte vi ta det vi ble tilbudt. Vi ble lovet en kompensasjon på 10%. Expedia, ser dere til at dette ordner seg! Jeg er ikke fornøyd i hele tatt. Men Malaga er en nydelig by, vi hadde en flott ferie tross alt.

Good location. Check in is separate from the place you stay so if you're driving it can be a bit of a hassle. Car parking is not free either you'll need to park in a paid car park at approx. 25 euro a day.

Whole place is a lie!
Don’t expect too much for this place. We had problems with venetian blinds, those were somehow broken. The place is not there where they say they are, either google maps cant find the apartment only the office. The worst thing were car parking which they did not have at all...felt like fooled. We needed to pay 90€ for parking 3 nights. Also a bit frustrating was that office crew were all the time sending some WhatsApp messages even tough I didn’t want! Only good thing were location at the end, main square in Malaga old town.

Worst experience i've ever had. The property was completely mis-sold on the website. The actual property looks nothing like the pictures to begin with. Secondly the address given on hotels.com is for their offices not the actual apartments. The property is advertised with parking - when i got to the offices i was told it was not included and i would have to pay €25 a day at a local car park to park my car, which by the way was circled on a map for me and i was told by the very unprofessional gentleman at their offices to find it myself (same goes for the actual apartment which was a 15 min walk away from their offices). Can you imagine landing in a country you have never been to and told to find your accommodation yourself? The apartment: 1) smelt like fresh paint 2) the balcony was the size of a 1/8th of the size advertised (also couldn't see the beach which was the main selling point) 3) bathroom 1 - door wouldn't lock and shower curtain was a makeshift umbrella. 4) bathroom 2 - smelt like sewage 5) sofa bed was broken. We left within a couple of hours of being there and the company had the cheek to charge us for a night after they clearly mis-sold the property and we did not even stay for half a day! Disgraceful to think they can get away with false advertising like this!

We ask you for checking all the things but you just like to cancel your booking without giving us the option to help you. As well we offer you moving to another apartment but you don't like any option we give you. Anyway, finally we´ll return you the rests of the nights as we just like your comfortability. Vi fik ikke den lejlighed vi havde bestilt den 21. januar 2019, da de uden varsel afbookede , 3 uger før vi skulle rejse derned i perioden 18.april - 22 april (Påsken ). Vi fik så tilbudt en anden der var uden de samme faciliteter og størrelse, så det var ikke så god en oplevelse som forventet.

Es gibt sowohl Heizung als auch AC, das hat den Aufenthalt gerade in der Übergangszeit sehr angenehm gemacht. Negativ und bisher ohne Erklärung seitens Hotels.com: bei der Buchung bei holidays2malaga wurde ein Betrag von 313,60 Euro genannt, von Hotels.com jedoch ein Betrag von 382,45 in Rechnung gestellt. Ein Kontakt zu Hotels.com lässt sich nur schwer herstellen.

Suveränt fin lägenhet med två stora altaner mitt i Malaga (Avenida Principal). Lägenheten är på översta våningen och nås via hiss eller en (brant) trappa. En nackdel är att man behöver tre eller fyra nycklar för att ta sig in på grund av alla portar.

Hyvä sijainti. Pienehkö huone, mutta siisti.
Siisti n. 25 m2 yksiö. Huoneessa mikroaaltouuni ja oikea kahvinkeitin. Vedenkeitintä ei ollut. Huoneessa valmiina teetä ja jonkin verran kahvia. Poreallas löytyy, mutta lämminvesivaraaja on sen verran pieni, että ammeen saa vain noin puoliväliin lämmintä vettä. Sängyn leveys on vain 140 cm, mutta sohva löytyy, jonka saa jotenkuten taiteltua sängyksiä. Vähän kitisevä, mutta menettelee. Tyynyt ja peitot todella hyvät. Hiljainen huone ja kivalla sisäpihalla. Paikka oli hyvällä sijainnilla vanhassa kaupungissa. Hieman työläs oli löytyy, mutta onneksi puhelimen mapsilla löysi perille. Ilmalämpöpumpun tehot eivät oikein riitä, mutta onneksi huoneessa oli lämmin ilmapuhallin. Sillä sai huoneen yöksi lämpimäksi. Yön ajaksi se pitää sulkea äänen takia. Huoneen lämmöt kyllä riittävät hyvin nukkumiseen. Aamulla lämpöpuhallin päälle. Televisiosta näkyi yksi kanava ja wifiä en löytänyt.

The apartment was in a good location within a 15 minutes walk to the old town and 5 minutes to the harbor with some nice restaurants. The place was clean and modern, with a large fridge and some kitchen utilities. Something that should be noted is that the apartment is on the ground floor. There's bars on the windows and they are frosted glass so you can't really see outside, although there wouldn't be much of a view anyways. We had two main issues during our stay. The first one was unfortunate, but the bed sheets had a large yellow stain right in the middle. Not quite sure how this hadn't been noticed, but we got new sheets after we made a complaint so everything was OK. The bigger issue was that despite what is claimed on the Holidays2Malaga website, we're convinced the apartment has no heating whatsoever. We stayed here during January, and the room temperature must've been well below 20 degrees celsius. It's hard to say exactly how cold it was because there was no thermometer, but it felt almost as cold as outside and we resorted to wearing jackets inside so we wouldn't freeze. This was not something we're used to in Finland where the apartments are well insulated and warm despite well below freezing temperatures. This is the main reason I'm giving this place a lower score, they claimed to have heating despite obviously not having it. There was an air conditioning unit that blew cold air so if you're staying here during warmer seasons you should be fine.

Dear guest, First of all, thank you and for your time to leave us a review as we always use it to improve! I am really sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with us! We are always trying to take care of our guests and help them to feel like home. Every single apartment we own has, either split air-conditioning system or an central heating system. One way or another the apartment is always with climate control. If we'd seen that it is cold inside, we would immediately changed you to another apartment or at least bring you some extra radiators. Great place in malaga.
Spacious, airy apartment with good fridge, and equipment. Nice strong shower. 7 mins walk to city centre. Easy check in and check out.
