« They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great. »

« The most peaceful and beautiful place ever with great views. I was also very impressed with the staff, they were super kind and helpful all the time. Highly recommended if you're looking for an amazing, peaceful and beautiful stay! »

« Poor entrance road, without signs, but the place was beautifully constructed with old huge wooden beams in the dining area, good food, beautiful grounds, nice pool and helpful friendly staff »

We are vegetarian and the alternatives we got for the main dishes were the best on our whole trip. This accomodation might be on the...

« lovely stay, staff were so friendly and helpful. we actually got stuck in our car around the park the morning of check out, we called the lodge and they sent some guys out to help us get unstuck, then let us shower even though check out had passed. also great food, wonderful service, excellent rooms and great views. can't recommend this place highly enough. »
