Tres bel hôtel, d’une propreté irréprochable et avec un grand sens du service. A cinq minutes de marche de la plage. Avec le all inclusive, on a accès à un repas dans un des 4 restaurants du site. Plutôt sympa. Le all inclusive en général est pas mal, beaucoup de choix et c’est bon. Les cocktails ne sont pas fameux mais ca passe

1 fois mais pas 2 !
Impossible de mettre 5 etoiles a cet etablissement. La musique est très forte à partir de 10h à la piscine principale...donc direction la piscine relaxante qui n'a de relaxant que le Nom! Le buffet du restaurant n'est pas varié et la qualité médiocre ! Seul point positif: la gentillesse de certains membres du staff. Pour résumer : j'écourte le séjour et décide de changer d'hôtel.

Very clean. Very polite. Nice room. Wonderful pool and garden. AC in the kidsclub is very cold. Wifi is bad. They try to work on it until summer. Water bottles for the room/the night. You get it via housekeeping. If it’s empty, it‘s difficult to get new ones until your room gets cleaned again. Pharmacy. You need to check carefully what they sell. Needed something for a 1 year old baby. They told us this article is from first day on. That was not true. In the leaflet it was mentioned to be dangerous for children below 2 years. We threw it away then.

Fantastic service and staff. The rooms are spacious but in need of renovation. The quality of the buffet is excellent. The all inclusive drinks are great the kids loved the large selection of mocktails. The location is nice just a few minutes walk to the beach and the inclusion of trips to the waterpark was appreciated by the kids. I also liked the fact I could get a real cappuccino from the pool bar. The a la carte restaurants are fantastic but restricted to one visit per week. Further visits are charged and with a family are really expensive. This is a shame - it would be better to offer packages with more a la carte dining. Buffet for a week with three kids is not great.

Best place in Hurghada
Absolutely love this resort!! Second time staying here and I highly recommend. The customer service is A+ from the entire team. They go out of there way to please you. Lots of great entertainment and buffet has great variety. Love their loyalty program of name plaques after 5 returned visits. Everything you need is in this village resort. Numerous pools, spa, playground, shopping, shisha cafe, bars and restaurants and I absolutely LOVE their commitment to the environment. The Makadi Water park is the best aqua park I have ever been too!! You must stay at this place!!

The hotel is great and the staff is very cooperative however, hotel management is totally uncooperative. Never try to approach the reception to solve a problem for you .. they are powerless and the general manager is not cooperative! If you decide to go there, you will enjoy staff hospitality but try to avoid contacting the front desk.

The Check in process was awesome, and informative... They did confuse is for German, and just kept giving us German language everything... That want a biggie.... Once we got to the room that's where the 5 stars started too droop...Air Conditioning barely cooled.... As long as you didn't move around... Shower pressure was not existent.... The way pool towels are done is not good... Your given 2 for your room to change out by leaving them in the room.. The additional towels by the pools, aren't cleaned fresh and are just cycled.... Lots of things that aren't inclusive dangled infront of you... This is a 2 star masquerading as a 5 star... Definitely focus audience is Russian and Eastern European tourists...

Underbart hotell som jag och min familj åker till fler gånger om året, renligt och underbar personal och jättebra service, jättegod variation på mat och flera al carte restauranger, vacker stor trädgård och stora fina rum! Stranden ligger inte långt ifrån och den är underbart lång och nära till fina snorklingställen korallrev! Finns stort vattenland med roliga rutschbanor och vattenlek som ingår när man bor på saraya! Kan varmt rekommendera detta varma härliga hotell!

Alles war hervorragend! Tollen, liebes, aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal, auch ohne Trinkgeld. Allgemein wurde nie Trinkgeld erwartet. Zimmer immer aufgeräumt mit kleinen Überraschungen (Danke Ibrahim). Große Auswahl beim Buffet, bei dem für jeden etwas dabei ist, auch für Vegetarier. Zwar öfter ähnliche Gerichte, bei der großen Auswahl hat man jedoch trotzdem reichlich Abwechslung. Angestellte waren immer aufgestellt und voller Lebensfreude bei der Tat, jedoch nie aufdringlich. Besonderen Dank auch an den Chef des Gartens, der uns gleich am ersten Tag herumgeführt und die „lokale“ Pflanzenwelt näher gebracht hat. Der einzige Punkt der zu bemängeln ist, ist das Verhalten mancher Touristen. Teller werden überfüllt und nicht einmal halb leer gegessen. Anstatt den Müll selber in einen der zahlreich vorhandenen Mülleimer zu werfen, wird es den Angestellten überlassen, dies für sie zu tun. Etc.

Almost perfect in every way . Very Bad WIFI.
we stayed 8 nights in this hotel , I was pleasantly surprised to find out how efficient and helpful the staff were ,not to mention the cleanliness of the room and the grounds .the food was very good ,and the animation team were excellent especially with children . I can't fault it ,the only disappointment was the so called WIFI in the room ,if they can rectify that ,I would say it one of the most enjoyable hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in 5 star hotels in different parts of the world.

Best resort stay!!
Great atmosphere, lovely staff. Great choice of food, very safe and secure resort. Shopping onsight. Loads of children activities. Morgan freeman shop 44 great man who was very welcoming and gave excellent price for our shopping.

Traumhaft
Das Hotel ist wunderschön, der Personal sehr nett und hilfreich. Das Essen ist fein und die öffnungszeiten des Restaurants sind grosszügig. Und es ist sonnig die ganze Zeit. Eben traumhaft!!!

A lot of improvement needed.
Could have had better food variety. The entertainment team had a day off on Thursday so the kids were bored, why not stagger the days off? The reception at checking in was aweful, did not explain anything at all. Check out was even worse as they would not let my transfer car into the complex, told to get a mini-bus which goes to te waterpark. When we were walking away Mustapha called us back outside and phoned security to let the car in. Communication was generally poor. Towels at the pool side were re-used as well as in the waterpark, my friend was given a wet one! Got a dodgy stomach when I ate at the beach. On a side note the airport toilets are dirty, no toilet paper, take your own. Take snacks too as the food is over priced.

Felt very safe and staff are friendly
Egypt have really upped their game on security and the airport security is also as good as anywhere. Great resort beach or pool. Special thanks to the guy who cleaned our room 5301 every day and every day made an animal out of a towel & flower petals.

Very Nice. Great Staff.
I don't usually review hotels unless I am very pleased or very disappointed. This time I am definitely pleased. The hotel is very nice (it is in a complex of 13 total hotels). The rooms were clean, spacious and fresh. We enjoyed the beach and the pool and felt that the temperature was just perfect (first half of September). The food was tasty and the hotel staff was amazing - very professional and helpful and they tried very hard to make us feel welcomed. We will definitely be back if we have the chance to visit Hurghada again.
