« Communication was great. Beds were very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The basement bedroom was on the cool side. but the outside temperature dropped 40 degrees in the time we were there. We plan on booking again for our next visit to River Falls. »

« the property was not worth the price. second bed was not a king as stated. pulling back covers revealed a hair ball causing guests to sleep in their clothes. heat in lower level was non existent … guests staying there also slept in clothes. Remodel was subpar; while we did not use shower/bath the remodel included corrugated metal tub surround. for around 800 for checkin at 2 pm and checkout less than 24 hrs later we expected more. »

« The owner obviously takes pride in maintaining this property… inside and out. The home was well stocked and very clean. Our only complaint is being too close to the highway. »

« The property is located right in the heart of Lake City, next to Lake Pepin! It's easy to get to and has a nice set up with an open kitchen to living room concept which is great for a stay with friends or family! The sauna is nice and the backyard looked perfect for summer hangouts (we were there in January so couldn't enjoy that but I imagine it's nice!) »
