Jardin tropical magnifiQue. Marinas émeraudes. Piscines et plages plus qu il n en faut. Appartement tout confort avec très belle terrasse vue sur marina. Oiseaux de toute beauté qui viennent vous rendre visite sur la terrasse. Une collette mise à disposition pour sillonner l île, faire ses courses et aller au resto. Cette île porte bien son nom!

L'appartement est très agréable avec une vue sur la marina pour le levée de soleil sur la marina et les montagnes de la cuisine. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et le propriétaire très disponible en cas de besoin. Après avoir fait le tour de l'ile de Mahé, on peut dire qu'eden island est vraiment un des coins les plus agréables de l'ile avec de superbes plages faciles d'accès pour se baigner. La résidence est sans voiture, uniquement les voitures électriques et piétons, ce qui la rend très silencieuse et agréable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Propreté, agréable et calme absolu sur Eden island. L'appartement est situé près d'une piscine.
L'appartement est propre, bien entretenu (passage de la femme de ménage en deux fois en une semaine). Des draps propres, couettes et oreillers supplémentaires ainsi que des serviettes de bain sont disponibles. Les équipements ménagers sont performants (lave vaisselle, lave linge et sèche linge), le propriétaire est aux petits soins et nous as prévenus par mail de coupures d'eau prévues sur l'île mais qui ne nous ont pas touchées finalement. La WiFi est gratuite et très appréciée des adolescents. L'accès à l'appartement est bien entretenu (jardin, passarelle, escalier, local à poubelles, garage). Le centre sportif (tennis, salle de sport, piscine, aire de jeux pour enfants ) est proche de l'appartement ainsi que les piscines, les plages et les aires de pique nique accessibles en club car. Et cerise sur le gâteau la caution est remboursée ! Pour conclure : rapport qualité prix extrêmement intéressant pour une prestation de luxe.

Great base to explore and relax
As part of an extended trip, we enjoyed Peter’s condo very much. We spent our time with long morning swims, workouts in the gym, and then exploring Mahe. the condo is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The community is lovely, and well planned. Overall it was a great value, and Peter was very helpful in helping us navigating entry requirements.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Everywhere you looked in the Seychelles and on Eden’s island felt like it was straight out of the pictures of a calendar. We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment and I would recommend it to others for sure.

Beautiful Eden Island Apartment
We just returned from a 2 week stay at Peter Jackson's lovely 2 bedroom apartment on Eden Island. The apartment was beautifully furnished with high quality decor and furniture beyond the norm for other apartments in Eden Island we have seen. Check in was smooth and the property manager quickly oriented us to the apartment and dealt with some small problems that arose. All the appliances were in good working order. Cleaning was provided 2x a week. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to return again.

Peter's is a great host and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Peter provided all necessary documents and information to insure a smooth and easy check-in and check out experience. We were lucky to rent Peters apartment the second time for three weeks. We can say that everything was really perfect. The interior, the infrastructure, the leisure activities and the shopping facilities fully met our expectations. The apartment is very modern, very clean and well secured. Important for us: there are four sheltered, quiet and clean beaches that allow safe swimming. Last, we were pleased that the whole apartment has been renovated and the Internet access was much better. We would likeWe were lucky to rent Peters apartment the second time for three weeks. Great appartment and save place to spend your holiday with your family or as a couple.
We had a chance to stay in Peter's apartment for 10 nights. It was our first holiday in the Seychelles with two teenagers. The apartment is great, the description reflects what we have found and we felt very comfortable accommodated. Peter organized a small repair in the kitchen from abroad with the local facility manager service and within 12 hours everything was ready for use again - this is service. We are looking forward to come back again.

This was our 2nd stay on Eden Island a d we were very pleased with the location and the property. House keeping came every few days which was a nice treat. The property was clean and was a short 30 second walk to one of the communal pools. We would stay again .

Easter break on Eden Island
I stayed at Peter's apartment with my wife and two teenage daughters. Really nice apartment, very clean and well equipped and great location. A really short walk to beaches and swimming pools or hop on the golf buggy. Peter was always available with any questions I had and replied within hours. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the island as well as a grocery store, shops and a gym. Would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks again Peter.

Komfortabler Urlaub auf Eden Island !
Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist absolut identisch mit dem Komfort, den die Wohnung auch wirklich bietet. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine riesige Terrasse mit Grill und mehreren Sitzgruppen sorgt dafür, dass man sich meist draußen aufhält. Drinnen funktionieren die Klimaanlagen, alles top !! -- Unten wartet ein Club-Car, mit dem man locker an einen der Strände, in den Supermarkt oder zu den sehr guten Restaurants fahren kann, ein Pool liegt zwanzig Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Was will man mehr ? -- Peter Jackson kümmert sich sehr sorgfältig um den Zustand der Wohnung und ist auch immer erreichbar. Schon im Vorfeld hat er uns gut über alle Möglichkeiten informiert, antwortet sehr schnell auf alle Fragen. Peter, wir danken Dir für einen schönen Urlaub in Deinem Luxusapartment und kommen gerne wieder, wenn mal wieder Zeit dafür ist. Wir waren schon an vielen Orten der Welt und Eden Island ist tatäschlich ein Highlight. Absolut empfenhlenswert bei Peter zu wohnen ! - Danke für alles.

Great stay for a 6 people family
A fantastic resort with everything you need for a luxurious vacation. The apartment was good even though you can tell it was some years since built. For 4 people accommodation it would been ideal , for six people it was good. Beaches, pool areas and service at Eden, not to forget the fantastic gardens, were great! I can indeed recommend anyone to go there. Just be prepared that the price level generally is very high at the Seychelles.

Expect the unexpected and you will get the BEST!
The booking and communication with Peter was very pleasant and our anticipation was big. Check-in and take-over on site was very easy and of course the first highlight was to driving around with the golf buggy. The apartment offers everything and even more and with the large living space and terrace you have more than enough space for your family. Beds are supercozy and the facility is very quiet. Everything is clean and for our one week stay we even got a cleaning service. Laundry and dishes are enough available and the short walk to the pool and beautiful lagoons/beaches make the holiday even more enjoyable. Eden Island with its nice staff and good shopping offers a perfect stay on Mahé. Many thanks to Peter for great hospitality and help with arranging car rental and late check-out/airport transportation. We are very happy to recommend this great apartment!

Luxury penthouse apartment meeting exquisite expectations
The apartment is arranged with good taste. Worth noting is nice furniture adding much ambience to the premises. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, ample sitting room, big kitchen, equipped with every home appliance imaginable, and large veranda it is functional and cosy. From the veranda you can watch the marina or leap at any time to one of the four sandy beaches on the island – thanks to the electric buggy attached to the penthouse. Provision of the buggy is just an ingenious idea thanks to which you can move comfortably to any place of the island, including the well supplied shopping centre. The AC worked perfectly. Salient was tidiness of the apartment which was cleaned up every three days, with provision of fresh towels and linen. Peter, the sympathetic and friendly owner, cared much of us contacting through e-mail immediately when it was needed. Essentially, we spent 10 happy days on the Eden Island. The apartment deserves strong recommendation to others.

Eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung
Dieses Domizil ist einfach nur außergewöhnlich. Eine Top - Wohnung in einer gesicherten Umgebung, die obwohl künstlich angelegt die Natur nicht missen lässt. Eine wunderschöne Meeresbucht (in bequemer Gehweite) zum schwimmen, die bereits von Muscheln und Fischen besiedelt wird, mit demselben weißen, weichen pudrigen Sand, den alle Seychelleninseln aufweisen. Ein schöner Pool, gleich neben einer Mole mit Booten, ein Teich mit Lotusblumen, viel Grün in der ganzen Anlage. Eine riesige, ruhige Terasse, gekühlt von Deckenventilatoren, mit Blick aufs Wasser, im ersten Stock und ohne direkte Nachbarn. Pool und Bucht hat man morgens und abends für sich allein. Einkaufs- und sonstige Fahrten mit dem Elektro - Buggys sind ein Erlebnis! Das Security Center ist sehr hilfreich, alle Taxi -Buchungen und der Gepäcktransport haben klaglos funktioniert. Ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Abschluss unseres Seychellen - Aufenthaltes, der über mehrere Inseln ging. Ein guter, zentraler Standort auch für alle Unternehmungen auf Mahe. Zu erwähnen auch das Eden Plaza mit allen Shops, auch Spar, den Restaurants am schönen Jachthafen. Last but not least, Mister Peter Jackson selbst, der im Vorfeld alle notwenigen Informationen teilt und stets hilfreich und geduldig auf alle Fragen antwortet. All dies wird zu einem sehr fairen Preis geboten. Diese Immobilie kann nur wärmstens empfohlen werden!

Alles perfekt - uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung
Wir haben zwei traumhafte Urlaubswochen auf Eden Island verbracht. Die Anlage Eden Island bietet mit mehreren Pools, einem großen und sehr gut ausgestattetem Fitnessstudio, Tennisplatz, Tischtennisplatte, Pool Billiard, wunderschönen Parkanlagen zum Joggen und sauberen und gepflegten Badebuchen (auch für kleinere Kinder sehr gut geeignet) alle Voraussetzungen für einen aktiven Urlaub. Die Gastronomie auf Eden Island ist ausgezeichnet, der SPAR Supermarkt bietet bequem vor Ort hochwertige Lebensmittel. Die Anlage ist sehr sicher (rund um die Uhr bewacht durch einen sehr freundlichen Sicherheitsservice) und gepflegt. Eden Island ist eine perfekte Basis sowohl für Ausflüge auf Mahe als auch Tauch- und Bootsausflüge auf die umliegenden Inseln. Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt, hochwertig eingerichtet, gute Betten, eine vollausgestattete Küche, Großer Balkon mit Weber-Gasgrill, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, in guten Zeitabständen Zimmerservice mit Reinigung der Wohnung mit Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war tadellos - vor Beginn der Reise Klärung aller Fragen, reibungslose Abwicklung, nach Ankunft Nachfrage ob alles passt - jederzeit zeitnahe Rückmeldung; wir wurden sehr gut betreut. Wir haben einen super tollen Urlaub verbracht und können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Lovely apartment in excellent location.
We are a family of 5 who thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Eden Island. The apartment is well equipped, has a large balcony overlooking a marina on which to relax when not exploring island. Lovely beaches and a pool very close by. Island very secure and very well maintained. Use of golf buggy to get around Eden island was great. We hired a car for a week, Peter recommended a local hire company, and we were happy with service. Local shops and restaurants available in Plaza for all your needs, we enjoyed harbourside dining on boardwalk. Peter very helpful and prompt with information requested. Would definitely stay here again in future, had a great two weeks.

Very comfortable stay!
We loved the comforts provided at this lovely spot. Peter was very helpful and checked in on us days before the arrival by sending all the important info. needed before and during the stay. The golf buggy was convenient and fun. We took it to go grocery shopping (nearby w/in the small island), boutique shops, Italian deli, cafe, etc. It was easy to get to some really good snorkel/swim spots on days we didn't leave Eden Island. The kitchen was well equipped, Peter had maps of the Seychelles, guide books, and Eden Island restaurants (the Indian restaurant was great--the Int'l cuisine, Bravo, was unimpressive). Peter provided us with a contact for car rental--Sharon was available by email/whatsapp or telephone and she delivered/picked up the car to/from Eden Island without a problem. Overall, we had a fantastic time!

Island Paradise , Fantastic Vacation
Vorab erhielten wir von Peter Jackson alle Informationen zur Anreise und wurden auch während unseres Urlaubs sehr gut betreut ! Sein Appt. ist Traumhaft , so großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet um einen Wohlfühl Urlaub zu genießen ! Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und man kann sich gut selbstversorgen ! Der Spar Markt in der Anlage bietet alles für die ersten Tage , günstiger kauft man im großen Hypermarkt in der Nähe ! Mit dem Caddy Car fährt man innerhalb der Anlage prima zu den Beaches , die sehr gepflegt und mit einer Süßwasser-Dusche , den Perfekten Strandtag garantieren ! Der Pool der Anlage ist direkt gegenüber und hat eine angenehme Temperatur ! Das Service Personal ist freundlich und man kann den Aufenthalt in diesem Paradise ohne Auto Verkehr , mit tropischem "Grün " unbeschwert genießen ! Der Blick von der großen Terrasse auf Wasser und Boote , bieten dank Ventilator und gemütlichen Lounge Möbeln , Relax Feeling Pur !

Comfortable stay on Eden Island
Overall we had a pleasant stay in this apartment. Peter, the owner, was helpful with suggestions eg car rental and communicated well leading up to our stay. He was able to accommodate our request for an early arrival. Thank you Peter it was much appreciated. Eden Island has a fitness centre, pools, many beaches, shopping centre and restaurants all within a buggy ride. The apartment itself was large, clean, air conditioned, washing machine and dryer, ensuite x 2 and a golf buggy. Limited basics were offered eg detergent, toilet rolls and shower gel. Be aware there is no lift, a little dark in the apartment itself, car park is a buggy ride away, wi fi can be fluky. A lot of information in compendium, which is a little overloaded and not so easy to follow. Kitchen is workable however could do with some updating with very little effort. We were advised by owner when we arrived that we would not have television for the 8 night that we were to stay due to upgrades which was out of his control. He said that he had just been advised regarding this himself and apologised for same. It was not a happy camp however by coincidence this was rectified for us by management. I don't feel the apartment can be described as a luxury apartment in this complex however our stay was pleasant. The surroundings are wonderful and the complex has a lot to offer.
