THE SPACE
Imagine yourself overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Country Club golf course in this brand-new modern cabin. There are two decks upon which you can soak in the glorious mountain sunrises while relaxing with your favorite beverage. The Overlook has an open floor plan, incredible east/southeast-facing views of the mountains, vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light, and sleeps up to 8 people comfortably! The large windows in every room of the cabin creates a "Treehouse" feeling, especially in the main entertaining areas. Every detail has been carefully researched to ensure a memorable stay in the mountains!

The main floor has a gas fireplace, full living, dining and a chef's kitchen with vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. The primary bedroom/full bath, along with a half bath off living room, are also located on the main floor. The lower level has 2 large bedrooms, a bar space, wine refrigerator, pool table, along with a full bath. You are just minutes from the Maggie Valley Fairgrounds, Cataloochee Ranch/Ski Resort, hiking/biking, restaurants, and shopping.

We have a fully-stocked kitchen equipped with chef's gas stove for those that desire to cook every meal at home. There's also a propane grill on the porch for the grill masters of the group. For coffee lovers, we have a Keurig/drip coffeemaker. There's also a Turkish Coffee Maker, French Press and tea pot available in the Coffee Bar.

All bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels. Bedrooms and bathrooms are supplied with linen and towels.

We have a large paved driveway that comfortably holds four vehicles, along with turning-radius space. There's an EV charging station at the front right of the cabin for those with electric/hybrid vehicles.

We are currently not a pet-friendly cabin. We appreciate your understanding.

BEDROOM 1
A Large King bedroom with attached private full bathroom with walk-in shower. The morning views are stunning from this bedroom. There is a glass-surround sitting room located right off the primary bedroom for your morning coffee pleasure.

BEDROOM 2
A Large Queen bedroom with shared full bathroom. A full bathroom is just outside of this bedroom.

BEDROOM 3
A Spacious Double-Set-of-Twin-Bunks Bedroom. A full bathroom is just outside this bedroom.

BATH
The primary bathroom boasts a walk-in shower. There is a full bathroom on the lower level, as well. Both are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. It also comes with all the cooking and dining tools you need: pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, measuring cups/spoons, a toaster, blender, hot water kettle, plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, mugs, and more.

ENTERTAINMENT
We have 3 SmartTV’s throughout the cabin for streaming. (Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ESPN+, sports channels)

We have high-speed Internet/WiFi throughout the cabin for all of your devices for streaming and remote working.

Guest access:
Guests will be able to access the home via a keyless entry system. Guests will have access to entire home during their stay.

In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply:

11% Tax – NC State & Haywood County Taxes.

This property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The home includes multiple stairs, uneven surfaces, and narrow doorways that may make accessibility difficult for those using wheelchairs or walkers.

We are close to Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Teague’s, and several Dollar General stores so that you may stock up for your vacation. There’s wonderful hiking trails within a very short drive from The Overlook.

This cabin has enhanced CDC cleaning measures that are implemented. The property is cleaned with disinfectant and contactless check-in and out.

As with any trip, unexpected situations can happen, including changes in weather or illness. While travel insurance isn’t required, we do encourage it for peace of mind, as this property’s cancellation policy is firm and non-negotiable.
