« 民宿地點鄰近中洲川和天神步行約10分鐘內便能到達非常方便。有兩點要值得留意，民宿出入依靠電子門鎖但電芯蓋未能完全閉合，令我擔心電芯鬆脫，我發揮了小創意用兩張膠紙維修好了！另外，入住前一天已詢問訊息索取門鎖密碼，回覆訊息說住宿當日2pm會收到訊息，結果我到達後要主動再次詢問才收到門鎖密碼，令我在門外呆等了15分鐘，如果想入住的朋友請留意這一點，除了以上兩點整體上是一次愉快的旅程！ »

« Everything is excellent for staying. Especially it is good for baby. Weak point is extra payment. I hope POS system is in the room for late check out. Except upper weak point, Number one hotel in FUKUOKA. »

« 親子三世代で利用させて頂きました。孫がまだ歩けないので、ベッドより布団という事で和室を探していてこちらの宿を見つけました。大人４人子供２人で充分な広さでした。中津川端駅に近く、天神や博多にもアクセスが良かったです。しいていえば、玄関ドアが開け締めしづらかったのと、トイレットペーパーがあと一つあったら良かったです。系列がいくつかあるようで、小さいお子さま連れにはとてもオススメな宿です！ »

« Fantastic location on the river. Nearby Hakata businesses, yatai stalls in the evening, and very lively mall across the bridge. Unit was accurate and well described. Checkin was easy and was done online via remote tablet checkin. Elevator made a huge positive impact as we were travelling with checked luggage. Photos were accurate and unit was well furnished. Morning coffee on the balcony was a big plus. All appliances and fixtures worked perfectly. Network was adequate for 3 people's...

« キッチン周りの設備や、鍋、炭、トングなど一通り揃っており貸主さんも問い合わせへの回答も早く良い宿でした。ただ、電気温水のタンク容量の兼ね合いで、湯量が足りなくなり、夜に風呂に入れなかったのが非常に残念でした。それ以外は、設備も整っており貸主さんの問合せ対応良く快適に過ごさせていただきました。 »

« The place was relatively big and nice. We wish they had some kind of sink or water access upstairs even there is no kitchen and wish they had some plates and silverwares. The check in prices was nightmare. I tried to communicate thru VRBO but no answer. »

"L'hôtel est très bien et bien placé. Le staff très sympathique. Par contre notre chambre était juste en face de la gare et on entendait tous les trains passer même avec la fenêtre fermée et les "stores". On pouvait même entendre les bips des passages piétons juste en bas dans la rue. "
