The person name Wendy was rude and very unprofessional Customer service was very poor between her in the general manager. I would never stay there again, and I’m gonna make sure nobody else go and stay there as we was leaving they was putting other people out to as well instead of having a conversation with them and they put them on a list with they can’t book a room there anymore as well as myself.

Me and a friend needed somewhere to bunk just for the night because we were in Madison attending a show. Wasn't far from off of the highway and the price was decent. The lady behind the counter when we checked in was very nice and accommodating when I needed an iron board and iron. Usually this is provided in the room which I was surprised not to see these items. The beds were comfortable along with the pillows. We were provided with plenty of towels and were not starchy like some I've came across when traveling. The only bad thing was that there wasn't a fridge/microwave in the room, otherwise it was decent for the one night stay.

This was absolutely THE WORST place I have ever stayed. I am embarrassed for even staying there and they jacked the price up over $200. The bathroom was by far the worst I have ever seen, the sink would not drain, the electrical will certainly cause a fire. The halls were so nasty and smelled like stale smoke and marijuana. I think it should be condemned.

Do not stay here! The area is not good but the actual hotel is filthy! I walked in and turned the light on and roaches scattered! We walked right back out and reported to the front desk. He gave me the refund procedure like he does it a lot!

Man walked in room unannounced
Had a guy enter my room. Heard my dogs bark and closed the door. He then proceeded to say he was there to replace a lightbulb. I said no!!! He said I called to have one replaced, I said NO! He than said he was from maintenance and was to change the mesinee light bulb. Again I said no. I went to the front desk first thing in the morning. Dan was at front desk . He basically ended by saying I needed to talk to a manager. I asked when the manager would be in instead this afternoon. I called that afternoon while I was at my event and they said the manager was not there. I asked again when the manager would be in and they said he is in an hour. they said I had to call Monday to talk to him. I said this is pretty important when a gentleman walks into my room unannounced no knocking on the door nothing and retreats when he hears my dogs barking. The desk again seems not concerned and tells me again to contact the manager. I said I need to talk to him ASAP. They took my phone number and said he would call me. I never received a call back from the manager, next day goes by I try to explain the situation again again I was told to talk to the manager. I checked in on Thursday and on Sunday when I check out I again when I gave them my key back voiced my concerns to Dan he wants again said that I needed to speak to the manager , but also told me that they were working on it. Not sure what that meant but I sure don’t appreciate as a single woman traveling that this may be very concerning

The young kid working the front desk had no clue how to take cash to pay for the room! Really??? I reserved the room with a credit card and was going to pay cash. He told me he didn't know how to do that on the computer check in procedure, so I had to pay with a card. I reserved a room with a single queen sized bed, but was told that no rooms were available with that option. I was put in a room with 2 smaller beds... 🙄

When we got to the motel to check in the desk attendant said he didn’t know what room to give us mind you we had the room booked one week in advance. When we got to our assigned room, the room wasn’t made and it was filthy. When we go down to complain about it the attendant gave us a made up room which he wasn’t supposed to I guess because the next morning when I was returning the key I overheard the ladies behind the desk complaining about how did she get the room. To add a cherry on the top, there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Filled with roaches and people arguing and police during the night. Staff were rude and disrespectful. Tried to put me in a dirty room when the room I booked wasn’t available. And they didn’t want to refund my money when I complained. Would only recommend if you are desperate with no time or options.
