I found the staff to be extremely helpful. I had to check out before 5:15 am to catch an early flight and one of the staff members offered to set up the coffee service for me, even though it was over an hour before they normally serve breakfast, so I could grab a cup of coffee on my way out. It was a small thing but it made my day! Next time I’m in Madison I’ll be staying here. 🤗

This is a great location in the downtown Madison area, walkable to many places including the UW campus, quiet and friendly. A really helpful and welcoming staff and a well-run hotel.

Great experience with a great staff at a great location. Only downside was the fact that there are a number of bars and lots of college students walking around at night that can make it somewhat uncomfortable to walk around.

Really nice rooms/suites. Great beds. Excellent showers. Very close to the square and many restaurants. Dane County Farmers Market on Saturdays in the warm months! Easy walk to campus.

You pay a premium price for 2 nights. Then on top of it they dock it to you with $20/ night parking. They did not clean our room or bathrooms. They did not make our beds. Very disappointed. Only thing good about our stay was free breakfast.

As you stayed with us for only two nights, the housekeeping team did not enter your room. Our stay could not have been better from the time of check in to check out. The front desk personnel were helpful with answers to all questions concerning distance and how to get to our restaurant and any other matters we needed help with.
