Bon rapport qualité/prix
Hôtel bien situé à 10’ du capitole, suffit d aller tout droit. En face, un grand centre commercial. Chambre confortable, bon rapport qualité/prix, petit déjeuner satisfaisant et compris dans le prix. Accueil sympathique

We checked out early because this hotel was so sub-par. Broken cabinet in room, uneven floor, general sense that everything was grimy and dirty. The pictures online looked much better than the reality. The lobby and hallways did not smell good at all. The staff were nice, and they agreed to refund me for the nights we didn’t stay there, which was much appreciated.

It was bland. Nothing special. Didnt feel like a hotel at all. Bed was super hard like a rock, pillows were small and nothing to them at all

We needed a place to stay in Madison for our daughter's graduation. Our rooms were clean, the check in staff was amazing. This isnt a place to go for a family get away but it was great for what we needed

Hall way smelled like cigarette even though it’s a non-smoking facility. Room was clean just need an update. It’s not a place I’ll stay again.

Felt very unsafe. Very run down hotel and room. Limited breakfast of just waffles and coffee. Rooms felt dirty and smelled unclean.

Room was clean and looked like it may have been recently renovated. TV and in-room mini fridge was in good working order. No unpleasant smells (i.e. cigarette smoke), no bugs, room was quiet. Check in was quick and efficient. Many restaurants and shopping mall nearby.

Nothing fancy, but not trashy. I stayed there for 5 days, if you are looking for a bed, tv, fridge coffee maker,hot shower, this will do the trick. Its not fancy but its not gross either. You can tell its been cleaned and maintained. Plus you can bring your pet for an extra 15 dollars which is nice because i needed a place for my dog.

Tried to cancel our room before the time when we no longer able to. It was nearly impossible to cancel online. So we called the front desk, the lady was very rude over the phone and told me to cancel online. I asked if we could cancel over the phone. She said she didn't know how to. She said she would try to figure it out. Then she said i got it its canceled and hung up. Turns out she never canceled our reservation, and we were still charged.

AWFUL.
Seriously awful experience. Stayed here because a few other places were booked out of rooms with 2 beds. The lobby smelt awful like weed. Got sent to the building across from the lobby, got to our room and opened the door, the heat hit us like a brick wall. The temp in our room was turned ALL the way up (90+ degrees). Mind you, we have a 2 month old, 5 and 9 year old with us and we had drove 14 hours that day and got there at 12:30AM. I've never experienced a room so hot in my life. Not even lying, I couldn't lay the baby down on the sheets or anywhere to even change him when we got there because they were BURNING hot. The AC didn't work the first 30 mins because the plug in was so hot. The toilet seat was scorching hot. The floor was literally so hot we had to keep our shoes on. I wish I was lying about ANY of this but I'm not. We tried cooling the place down by opening the windows and running cold water, the sink leaked in both the tub and in the sink. We all maybe got a total of 3 hours of sleep at the most. At 2AM it was finally somewhat tolerable for the older kids to sleep. After the baby woke up after a cat nap, we woke everyone up and headed out by 7. I'd say by that point it was maybe finally down to 76 degrees in the room(with ac and window open). We would've called to get a new room but with all the kids it would've just been a hassle. At that point we could've just kept driving back to our home. I 100% want a refund. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Great value, spacious rooms, excellent guest services & housekeeping professionals. Stayed in 4 different rooms at the hotel id guess apx 100 nights and never have had any concerns or issues whatsoever during any of my stays.
