Réservant pour Mâcon en France, la plateforme m'a orienté sur macon aux usa ! Aucune info juste après le paiement où l'adresse s'est affichée. Je suis très déçue car j'ai perdu une belle somme pour rien et l'hôtelier ne daigne pas rembourser. C'est honteux et cela démontre une totale absence d'ampathie et de sens commercial.

could you please don't rate our hotel in Macon, Ga. you need to contact expedia and they are the ones that has to refund you we didn't collect any money from you it was them not our hotel. we are so sorry but you need to contact them. We don't need this bad review. Thank you

Was pretty nice for a RR Inn. Our room was bigger than our much more expensive Disney hotel. I'd stay there again the next time I come through Macon.

Reviews on this property are correct, some updates but still some older finishings. However, pet friendly at no cost and to us the things that mattered were present….clean, save for the fact that the microwave and headboard could have been better wiped down, hot water with good pressure, cold AC, and new large screen TV. Quiet at night. We drive to Florida and require one short overnight stay with our small dog, arriving late and leaving early so the value for us was there. Have tried other places in the area that charge more and then extra for a pet when the room itself is not fit for man nor beast! We will likely make the Red Roof our go to now.

The room was clean as possible but the quality of the workmanship was cheaply & badly done. Like paint splatters on the blow dryer & crooked installed towel rack. So I’d say the owners are cheap by hiring the lowest bid. The shower was hot though. Wouldn’t stay here again.

we had our pest control go into the room to check for any signs or anything and nothing was detected at all. But we went and sprayed the room and there was nothing after it was sprayed.

There is a huge construction project going on. Front desk is in consistent and will over charge you. Go through third party because the toll free number will charge you $14.99 convenience fee to make reservations

PROS: Every staff interaction we had was great. The overnight staff were very prompt and kind when I left in the middle of the night to walk my dog and couldn't get back in with my key card. Location was easily accessible with a convenience store within walking distance. Other guests were quiet. Great dog park option within 3 miles. Our king size room was very large and spacious. CONS: Very firm bed, to the point of being uncomfortable for me. Limited outdoor space for walking my dog. While this location wasn't dirty, it was a bit shabby. For example, I wanted to keep my socks on when walking across the hotel room floor. Other guests did not clean up after their dogs outside. Construction/building demolition next door.
