Great Price to Sleep
Wasn't the cleanest but was not unacceptable. Towels were clean but they were stained. Bathroom walls were clean but could use repair. Carpet stained. I saw only a few ants, but I even get ants in my house sometimes. My room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator and TV worked. Price was great and 11 am check out was a huge plus.

Unprofessional and dirty
The people are very unprofessional. And speaks hardly any english. This probably why they NEVER answer their phones. The place was dirty with cigarette ashes all over, yet I asked for a non smoking room. And the place has roaches. I seen 3. 1 dead 2 alive. No I will not recommend and embarrass myself. The place has potential. Just need the right type of owners. And this is my very honest review. I’m not that hard to please. Just be clean.

Hot water tap in bathroom was broken so I could not even take a shower. Staff did not even care. The bathroom door was broken also. Room was a big mess. Stay away from this dump!

STAY AWAY!
DO NOT STAY HERE! This place should be condemned. I've never seen so many roaches in my life! Walls, floors, desk, dresser, kick the wood under the bed and they drop from the bed to the floor and scatter, crawl out from blankets onto the bed and scattered. Parking lot looks like the city trash hasn't picked up in 2 months. Dumpster overflowing onto the ground. Bags of trash laying next to every trash can and shopping carts filled with trash out back in the parking lot. Just pay the extra 15-20bux and stay elsewhere.

When we walked into our room we were disgusted, the floors were nasty looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months, the sheets and pillow cases were all four dirty (each set on each bed.) we continue to find the sink is halfway hanging off the wall. Entering the bathroom there was water on the floor and a wet wash cloth hanging on the back of the door and 0 hot water the whole time we were there. We decided to go out around 10:30 on or so and we arrived back at the motel around 12:00-12:30 am and our key wasn’t working to unlock our room ( we tried several times) so I walked to the office to find nobody at the desk but the employee on duty is sleeping in the chair in the lobby. I proceeded to tap on the window and kinda tapped harder and nothing. So we called them 3 times before we could wake him up. We went thru 2 more keys that still proceeded to not unlock our room mind you all of our stuff is in there. So we have to go back down to the office where it’s unsafe and he gave us the room beside our current room. (Still haven’t gotten our stuff) this room had boards nailed to the wall for a headboard and the same dirty pillow cases and sheets. At 9:30 am we were woke by some lady who was yelling at us because we were in this room and not the other. I told her why and she kicked us out didn’t let us get our stuff nothing.

Never trust trust this place
Took our reservation had no room when we finally got there. Staff was horribly rude about it and refused to help find us Comparable lodging or even apologize for the inconvenience they caused.

Towels were clean but sheets on the bed were somewhat dirty. I had to kill a couple of small cockroaches. Bedrooms need a full renovation: the paint is old, everything seems somewhat shabby, etc., and no breakfast at all! The water in the bathtub could not be fully turned off. I wanted to inform people at the front desk about that, but the local Sheriff had been called because someone had created some problems and he was talking with the front desk lady. I was surprised to see a motel bedroom in such a condition in the United States: does not America Best Value Inn & Suites regularly inspect motels which bear its name? Does not ORBITZ sometimes check the quality of the motel rooms which are rented through their services?

Only good thing going for it was the cheap price.
It was super cheap to stay. We were stopping just to get some sleep before hitting the road again early the next morning so it served it’s purpose. But if you are looking for a well maintained place, this is not it. Cockroaches, moldy bathroom, heater didn’t work in the first room we were given. No shampoo or conditioner, only two towels. Curtain rod held up by duck tape. Sheets were clean, but previously stained.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The owner doesnt know what they are doing. I stayed in the same room for a week and added an extra night said i couldnt stay in the same room. Try to check in at 3 and she keeps telling us another hour til 6 we left and lost a day of us already paying. Needles are left in parking lots. I wouldnt even give it half a star.

There was NO staff available at the front desk upon arrival. I was the 3rd person in line waiting to check in. The folks in front of me stated they had been waiting 30 minutes already. I had noticed a female with a laundry cart and approached her to ask if someone could check us in. She totally ignored me and did not respond. As i was waking away she stated saying something in her language. It was another 25 minutes before the person showed up at the front desk. When the female showed up at the front desk, I was told there was no vacancy at that time. I could come back later. Later meaning, in a few hours. She stated she only had 1 person to clean those rooms. There was a total of 6 vehicles in the lot, including my own vehicle. I honestly felt that she just didn't want to honor my reservations. I ended up having to get another room. I would NOT recommend anyone to this facility/ property!!!

I had to check out aftrer a few hrs because rm 119 118 111 is infested with roaches ans bed bug's. I filed a report and i called the health department because this place should be closed down ans the Indian lady co owner was mad because we wouldn't stay so she calles the cops when we demanded our money back

I did not like anything about this property. It was crawling with creatures of all kinds. From cockroaches in the shower, nightstand and ceiling to the lot lizards, meth monkeys and crack heads that knocked on my door all hours of the night. There was no hot water, no wifi in the room, no room phone and a dead remote. The vanity was falling of the wall and the bed was so rickety i thought it would collapse when i rolled over.

For the price,I was not expecting much. The room was just what I needed...a place to sleep... but it needed cleaning and repairs, and pest control. My room at this place were very filthy which should be condemned. My room was full of roaches, the room smelled really bad, the sing nozzle's were broken, the place has inefficient cable TV, the microwave and refrigerator was old and dirty, and the carpet was extremely filthy. I'd rather sleep outside the room rather than sleeping inside again. I hoping I didn't catch some disease inside the room. Since it was only one night I could have survived it, but the roaches almost made me vomit.

This place is horrible it’s infested with rats and bugs. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. Don’t stay at this hotel until you are prayed up because omg. Just don’t do it!!!

If youve ever wanted to be in a scary movie, this is the place. With the flickering lights, the roaches and the lack of cleaning, you'll feel like you could be getting murdered in the bathtub at any second

You get what you pay for
Did not feel safe for my vehicle with people walking around outside at all hours. Was woken by loud voices outside my room at 3am. The night time front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating for a room change request. You get what you pay for.
