Lakeview at Macs is positioned directly opposite the lake in a quiet, coveted pocket of MacMasters Beach — a contemporary, light-filled home designed to make everyday living feel like a proper getaway. Timber floorboards and soft neutral tones set a relaxed, comfortable tone throughout, and the oversized island kitchen with stone benchtops, induction cooktop, and dishwasher anchors the open-plan living and dining zone as the natural gathering place for the group. Expansive glass doors open the main living area onto a covered balcony with a leafy, tranquil outlook across the lake — perfect for morning coffees watching the water or long evenings entertaining as the lake settles into the dusk. Three bedrooms and a sofa bed sleep up to 7 guests comfortably, with ducted air conditioning throughout, a freestanding bath in the main bathroom, and an oversized double garage with workshop space for boards, bikes, and beach gear. The beach is a level 500-metre stroll from the front door.

Directly opposite the lake, the covered balcony is the heart of the Lakeview at Macs experience — morning coffee as the lake catches the early light, casual lunches with a tranquil green outlook, and evening drinks as the water settles into stillness. The lake is present from the main living areas, the balcony, and the master bedroom, giving the whole home a sense of calm and space that is rare this close to the beach.



The 500-Metre Beach Walk:

A level, easy 500-metre stroll to MacMasters Beach — one of the Central Coast's most beautiful and relaxed stretches of sand. Patrolled in warmer months, calm and uncrowded year-round, and backed by the Bouddi Peninsula headlands. The beach is genuinely close and genuinely flat — guests walk to and from all day without a second thought.



The Island Kitchen:

An oversized stone island bench, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and ample storage — designed for easy group cooking from the first morning to the last night. The kitchen opens directly to the living and dining zone and out to the balcony, keeping the cook connected to the group and the lake view at every meal.



The Freestanding Bath:

A stylish, oversized main bathroom with a freestanding bath — the quiet luxury detail that guests always notice and always appreciate. After a long beach day or a bushwalk through Bouddi National Park, the bath is exactly where the evening should begin.

The Surf Life Saving Club, local cafés, Cockrone Lagoon, coastal walking tracks, and scenic headlands are all nearby. Paddleboarding on the lagoon, bushwalking through Bouddi National Park, and long beach days are the rhythm of life here. For day trips, neighbouring villages and services are within easy driving distance.

Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $1,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will also be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your card details will not be shared with any third party or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorization.



Third-party bookings are generally not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and must be present for the duration of the booking.



The booking guest is responsible for providing accurate guest details, completing all required verification, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.



Exceptions may be considered for legitimate third-party bookings made by recognized insurance companies, corporate organizations, relocation providers, or similar authorized entities. Supporting documentation or additional verification may be required.
