« Reasonable house, needs a bit of work. Downstairs bedrooms were a bit cool even with heaters provided. Upstairs area good with heating. The open fire needs a screen to stop sparks flicking onto floor/rug. Needs a gas bbq for an option to cook outside. Communication with owner was great. »

« Great outlook with floor to ceiling glass, spoilt by dirty windows. House is large, with great bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas. Kitchen iswell appointed, but lacked basic grocery items. The supplied sugar was lumpy and dirty, like a wet coffee spoon had been stirred through. Some minor work required to bring the property up to scratch - minor painting etc. Some otems need replacing- toaster, coffee machine, bathroom garbage bin amd toilet brush holder wtc. as they are old, dirty, rusty...

« This is a pretty cottage with easy access to the river for fishing and boating. The house is well equipped, and the beds were divinely comfortable! A few small problems: no detergent for washing up our 3 coffee cups, no bubble bath or tissues in the ensuite bathroom. »

« I can't believe this place is only 1.5 hrs from Sydney. Nestled in among the trees is this basic but adequate cabin, well set up for our small family of 4. Living in the inner west of Sydney, for us this weekend was about waking to the sound of birds and waves instead of sirens and traffic, and boy did this accommodation deliver! We had such an amazing time we decided to extend our stay an extra night, which the host was very accommodating with. »

« Great spot, Would be nice if there was a fan available. We found that the bedroom ventilation was not strong. A fan would have made nights more comfortable for my partner. « Great house, very clean, chihuahua proof fences, was even allowed to bring my pet bird. Good communication from the host. Super quiet area but still close to everything. House had everything we needed for us and our doggo and I’ll say again super clean, prob cleanest holiday house we’ve stayed at. There is an odd step up and down between rooms if travelling with an elderly family member but not big steps. »

« Property is lovely, beautifully decked out, and furnished.very peaceful zen backyard with stunning mango tree.the bedrooms dont have air con but fans were fine even on 39 degree day and lounge/ kitchen aircon is powerful enough to keep rooms getting stuffy. « Lovely accommodation in great location. However I feel two improvements would greatly improve the property. First is screens on doors & windows to prevent insects & improve airflow as well as fresh air at night. Two is ceiling fans in bedrooms to circulate air as the water cooler fans in bedroom didn’t help much. Otherwise great. »

« We had the pleasure to stay in this beautiful home in a wonderful location. Nestled in beautiful trees and lush surroundings. Just a short walk to the beach that is patrolled. A little stroll and you find the great little pool and coffee shop shaded by the large trees and seating to overlook the ocean. The home was well stocked with everything to cook and do a BBQ. Beds were comfortable, even the fold out lounge for a change. »
