« I had an exceptional stay at this beautiful property. The house was spotlessly clean, stylish, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Its convenient location near the airport made transportation quick and stress-free, making it an ideal choice for both short stays and longer visits. I highly recommend this property to...

« This feels more like a private house than a hotel. The staff really made this feels like coming home. Even though its close to the airport, its very quiet and remote. »

« Horror show very rude people, they had an issue with payment from Expedia at checkout and literally held the guest i booked this for, for 5 hours until Expedia resolved payment issue. This should have been resolved before the guest was allowed to check in. The Manager left the facility and was not available to work with Expedia to resolve the issue and kept demanding cash payment from guest that had no cash on them or way to pay separately at the time, thus why I booked and payed for this room...

« DO NOT BOOK HERE! I had booked this property to stay near the airport and tried to get into contact about late checkin (my flight arrived at 2AM). After multiple multiple attempts, no one responded. I was not able to get into the hotel. They took my money and then left me stranded. I had to rebook another hotel last minute and I was not given a refund on this place »

« The name sanjoo vacation world is a FRAUD!!!!!!! No construction attached to it not to talk of amenities, he left us stranded with lies and flimsy excuses. »

« J’étais fatigué après un voyage de 8h de vol les heures d’arrivée ne me convenait pas du tout! J’ai changé d’avis pour chercher un hôtel qui pourrait m’accueillir directement. Malheureusement, c’était non remboursable donc sans possibilité d’annuler! Si possible, me rembourser! Merci! »

« Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. From the moment I arrived, there were multiple issues that made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable. The room was not properly cleaned, with noticeable hygiene issues that made me uncomfortable. Basic amenities were either missing or not working properly, and the overall condition of the hotel felt neglected and poorly maintained. Customer service...
