« We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star. »

« This is not first time we stayed at this hotel, it’s the convenience that we keep on coming back. However we noticed that it’s declining. The unit itself needs maintenance. It smells . I think it’s coming from sewer. There was no hot water. These are important factors. Please address maintenance issues »

« Toutes la zone est en cours de construction, beaucoup de grands hôtels, casino et cours de golf. Le Kingsley hotel et trés recent, petit situé entre des banques et des fast-foods. La chambre est très spacieuse avec toutes les commodités. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour une nuit étape vers le nord LUZON ou pour un WK casino. »

« Although staff was friendly and tried to fix things the facility was dirty, outdated, and it smelled old. Around the area was abandoned buildings. The only store available nearby was a 7-11. Expedia’s picture do not depict the hotel we went to. It should not be running until the facilities are up to par. »

« The booking was after 7:00 PM and the hotel manager made time to show the entire home room by room, explain the amenities, and walk the grounds to enhance the experience. The tour included a detailed list of local attractions including Angeles City, local fresh food market, options for transportation, and the massive SM Mall. All requests were accommodated and the staff went above and beyond at every turn to make our stay more than satisfying to include no charge for late checkout. I am planning...
