Tide View is a luxury two bedroom, pet friendly holiday apartment situated in the pretty Exmoor village of Lynmouth in North Devon. The stunning apartment benefits from breath taking sea views, which are best enjoyed from either the large, open plan living room or the gorgeous terrace, which not only features dining furniture for alfresco dinners but also an outdoor sofa perfect for watching the sunset.
Once, inside the breath-taking first floor apartment guests are welcomed into a beautiful open plan living area, which has been tastefully decorated in neutral colours and is the perfect place to sit back and unwind either in front of the window admiring the sea views or by the wood burning stove enjoying a cosy evening in after a day exploring North Devon and Exmoor National Park. The living area has a good sized, well-equipped kitchen, which is fitted with a wide range of appliances such as an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a coffee machine. The dining table, which can comfortably seat up to four sits beside the large windows and the lounge has big comfy sofas perfect for relaxing or watching TV.
The two bedrooms at Apartment 22 have zip and link beds, which allow guests to choose between king size double beds to two single beds. Both bedrooms also benefit from en-suite shower rooms.
When staying at Lynmouth Holiday Apartments, each holiday let has a dedicated off road car parking space as well as access to a private footpath that leads down to Lynmouth. Once in the village, guests can visit a range of small shops, as well as several restaurants and cafes. The Cliff Railway, is the most fun way to reach Lynton, the town that lies on the cliff above Lynmouth, or alternatively there is South West Coast Path or Lynmouth Hill. Exmoor National Park is within easy reach and there are many varied walks within the local area to explore.
At Lynmouth Apartments we try to make your stay as memorable and unique as possible. As well as having a premises license we can also arrange a full itinerary of enchanting extras, including;
Health Spa treatments - such as Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head massage and a full body massage. We also have a sauna and can offer both an ice bath and gong bath experience.
Deliveries – we can accept all your grocery deliveries and place any frozen items in the fridge.
Housekeeping – general cleaning, linen change, bags of logs/kindling, prepare the fire.
Flowers – Large to small bouquets of flowers from our local florist
Entertaining – set menus prepared by our private chef, includes service and clean-up. Plus a Grazing Board at any time. We also have a dedicated BBQ area.
Hampers – Breakfast or Walking hampers, prepared locally.
Extras – Pet biscuits, poo bags and walking maps. EV charger. Train transfer. Mini-bus hire.
Adventures – Our local connections means that we can organise discounted trips, Exmoor trails, water-sports and many more, just ask the team.
Classes - currently we are able to offer yoga classes.
