River View, luxury one bedroom, dog friendly holiday apartment in Lynmouth

River View is a luxury, one bedroom holiday apartment located in the seaside village of Lynmouth in North Devon. The first floor, dog friendly apartment, which can comfortably accommodate two guests has been tastefully decorated throughout to create a warm, modern, contemporary home-away-from-home for those looking to explore North Devon and beyond.

The apartment has a large, open plan living area, which is divided into a comfy lounge featuring a sofa, a wood burning stove and a smart TV; a central dining area with a good sized table and a modern, well-equipped kitchen fitted with a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an electric oven and hob, a washing machine and a coffee machine. Doors open out from the living area onto a private balcony, which overlooks the valley of Watersmeet.

The bedroom at River View has handy zip and link beds, which allow guests to choose between a king size double or two single beds, there is also a good sized bathroom with a shower, a wash basin and a WC.

Each apartment has its own designated car parking space and guests have access to communal areas. For easy access to Lynmouth there is a private pathway leading from the apartment building. Once in Lynmouth guests will find a good selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as several shops. Lynmouth is also home to a pebbled beach and the unique water-powered Cliff Railway, which is a great way of accessing Lynton.

At Lynmouth Apartments we try to make your stay as memorable and unique as possible. As well as having a premises license we can also arrange a full itinerary of enchanting extras, including;
Health Spa treatments - such as Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head massage and a full body massage. We also have a sauna and can offer both an ice bath and gong bath experience. 
Deliveries – we can accept all your grocery deliveries and place any frozen items in the fridge.
Housekeeping – general cleaning, linen change, bags of logs/kindling, prepare the fire.
Flowers – Large to small bouquets of flowers from our local florist
Entertaining – set menus prepared by our private chef, includes service and clean-up. Plus a Grazing Board at any time. We also have a dedicated BBQ area. 
Hampers – Breakfast or Walking hampers, prepared locally.
