We stayed over Easter weekend and toured local colleges. It was a convenient location, kitchen well stocked for our needs, plenty of soaps, detergents and the coffee bar was a nice touch. I definitely would not list this as accommodations for 6 people. There are two double/queen beds and if you need more beds an air mattress. It worked for our daughters as they are young and small in size - one slept on the downstairs couch (that does not pull out). If we had 6 adults the accommodations would not have worked. Also, the outside trash can was overflowing. Overall it fit our needs for the weekend and we enjoyed our stay.

This was great for a family of 4 and was a great location, convenient to so many area attractions. Overall was clean, beds and sheets were great. Floor was a little sticky and there were several dirty dishes that were put away- but nothing that could not be resolved.We had a great weekend and would stay here again.

We had a great stay and the property manager had great communication. Beds were comfortable, washer & dryer worked great, wonderful location for Liberty parents to be close to campus. We will look to stay there again in the future when we visit. Thank you!

Great little house for the weekend. Laundry, 1.5 baths. Good beds. The house did not have electricity the first day on one section of the house (living room, light entrance). Second night, the electricity went off by the bathroom (we had to use it in complete darkness with our lantern) and kitchen. We had to find the panel and turn it on. After I used the laundry and the microwave, it went off again. If they fixed that issue, the house is perfect for a visit to the students at Liberty.

We had a fun week with our granddaughter at Lynchburg. The location of the orange House was perfect! Nice 70ā€™s -80ā€™s vintage duplex apt. With updated minimalist furnishings. Refreshing. Very accessible host.

Everything was as expected (one exception - amenities include ā€œdeskā€, but is really a coffee table that lifts up- not ideal for remote working but made it work) Location was perfect for us. Water pressure is pretty low and we were not able to use more than one water source at a time. Owner says there are plans to correct this. Communication with owner was great and bed was comfortable!

Easy check in; all necessities were provided. Everything was just as the host promised so we didnā€™t even have to bother him. My only comment would be that it really is more comfortable as a four person stay than six. The bedrooms arenā€™t really big enough to comfortably have the inflatable mattress set up. But overall, a great experience!

The Orange house was situated in a college town area close to many activities, food, stores, universities. It was also on a street with many other duplexes. It was not totally quite. The apartment was well stocked, and looked as posted in pictures. We arrived to a freezing cold apartment. Our stay was comfortable. One amenity that was missing was a hair dryer. The kitchen floor was sticky and the dryer was full of towels. We were a little disappointed. It was pricey for the lack of arrival heat, hair dryer, and sticky floor.

We went to visit our daughter. This location was very convenient. Clean house, easy to check in. We did have a small issue with the door locking us out automatically on our check out day but we looked up the code and re-entered to retrieve our final items. We would stay here again.

The home was perfect for our stay. It was close to LU and everything we needed. It was very clean, had comfortable beds and furniture, and the kitchen was well stocked. They even left us Kcups for the Kuerig. We would tent it again.

Everything was great. We were touring Liberty University and this was so close and convenient. Communication was great we ended up needing one thing and they helped us out and got it to us quickly. Will definitely stay again when my kids start going to school there.

This is the second time my family has stayed with this host. Both times the stay has been exactly what we needed! Very close to Liberty University and very comfortable to stay in. I would definitely recommend this host/property.

This property was very reasonably priced. It was close to Liberty which was the reason for our stay. It was nicely decorated and clean. My only concern was the front door handle was loose which led to me feeling unsafe during our stay.

We stayed for the weekend to visit with our liberty student. The place was very convenient to the university and was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked and furniture was nice. Played some games available at the location. Everything was clean and ready for us, which has not always been our experience at some rentals. no complaints here.

Visited Liberty University with high schoolers. Easy access to the campus. Really didnā€™t use the kitchen like we thought we would but was still more economical than a hotel. Had everything one would want for meal prep! Sink drain stopper upstairs wonā€™t stay open(gaped) so we had to put a piece of plastic at drain to prop it open. Would stay there again. Thanks

This lovely townhouse was the perfect place to visit our daughter at Liberty. It is clean and comfortable with everything we needed to give her a nice home away from home for the weekend. Host is very responsive, beds are comfortable and it is fresh and clean. Would definitely revisit.
