The leaking AC unit, peeling doors, damp carpet, and lack of functioning AC in the other room are completely unacceptable. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort this caused you all. We understand your frustration with the lack of immediate resolution at the front desk. We should have done better in finding a way to address these issues promptly, even if the engineer was occupied. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
