I received a no smoking room that smelled like smoke as soon as I opened the door. I called front desk three times because something happened to my television and no one never came to my room to fix the problem. I paid a lot of money for this visit due to graduation and was disappointed with the lack of service. However staff was friendly.

We checked into the hotel and then left to get some food. When we came back, they had assigned our room we had checked into to another family who were in our room with our belongings when we got there. We all went back down and they assured us we had the room. We were there for three days and they never cleaned our room. We had to ask and they said they would but never did. We also got another room for my niece and when they checked into their room, it was dirty, had trash cans full of garbage and the ended up getting another room. Really disappointed I paid over $300 a night for these rooms and it was absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service. Will not stay there again.

Bathroom smelled like urine upon arrival. Housekeeping never came in three days. I called and asked for fresh towels and told by the desk to come get them myself. What was i supposed to do with the used linen and towels?

This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. Especially considering we paid over $400 per night here because they increased their price considerably due to a college graduation in the area. The room smelled and it was old and outdated. Also, the heating and cooling system was so loud we barely slept. We will never stay at a Laquita property again.

Absolutely one of the worst stays I’ve had with my family in these United States. Room AC was leaking on the floor, peeling doors and carpet saturated with water and smelled of order. My other room didn’t have any AC for the athletes with me and they stay in a separate unit, they woke up sweaty. When I addressed the living quarters conditions with the front desk they took note but the engineer for the night was busy with other room. So basically they took my money and I got sub pair service and a room for the night at a rate of higher than normal rate a night. I deserve my money back for sure that wasn’t worth what I paid.

I misplaced my key and when I went to ask for a new one they did not ask for any kind of proof it was my room. Kinda scary. Shower curtain in room was moldy and had a bad odor.

We were here for 3 nights. 2/3 nights there were parties in the lobby that carried thru the hallways throughout the night. I tried calling the office with no answer. The breakfast was ok. They ran out of batter for the waffles and didn’t replace it. The popcorn was fun for my kids. Linens were stained on the bed and shower curtain. There are only 3 towels per room. We requested more, we had 4 people in our family staying there but they literally have no extras. Room was not cleaned each night. The pool was closed. They did let us check in at 1pm instead of 3.

The employee at the front desk was extremely slow. I’m not sure if it was intentional but there was literally a line out the front door of customers simply waiting to check in 4/4/24. The property was visibly clean, and did not smell inside. Our room had stained sheets on one bed, possibly an old ink stain (could’ve easily been replaced with non stained sheets). Friday night there were children literally racing down the hall every 15 minutes until 2 AM 4/5/24 By Saturday we had discovered ants. They were inside the chair, they were on the window ledge. We were constantly shaking out our clothing after finding an ant also on the clothing. We did not ask for another room because I had already asked to switch to a single king bed and was told they were fully booked. I knew the sheets were clean just stained. I knew there was nothing we could do about the ants without losing my money and a place to sleep for the next 2 nights. We did let the front desk employee know about the ants everywhere in the room 4/7/24 Sunday morning when we checked out. She said she was sorry about that.

The room was very dirty- floors had not been vacuumed, garbage and debris were under tables in our room, no mattress pads on beds, old mattress, they didn’t have enough bed comforters for the hotel, so we slept thr first night with just sheets, the hotel was very understaffed, the hallway smelled badly of Marijuana, we ended up cleaning our own room with our own clorox wipes.

Check in was slow, and we were the only ones there. The clerk had gone to get towels for someone else , but then left us several time to go in the back; was unnecessary . Room was not terrifically clean, stains on floor , and on mattress (which was visible on side of bed), could see bits of things on carpeting (it was dark so it showed everything ), and I had to wipe something discussing off of the headboard . Bathroom floor looked messy and it seemed to be paint splatters which easily could be scraped off.(which would look better) . Cleaning staff needed to open their eyes and not just work off of a check list . Bed was a little too firm for me.

Terrible front desk customer service from the beginning with check in. I had been trying to cancel the last night of our stay for 4 days (within the cancellation timeframe) and they would not answer phone calls from me or Expedia. Expedia finally did get a hold of them and they refused to cancel the night. Front desk staff was very rude, said that they always answered the phone when I said my calls had gone unanswered. That they would not cancel the night and I needed to contact Expedia and kept repeating this even though I said I had contacted them. Never an apology for the inconvenience or any offer or attempt to help. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Do not reserve a room at this place. Reserved through Expedia. Got there and the reservation had been unilaterally canceled by the hotel. Tried to call the next morning and no one would answer the phone at the front desk. It really doesn't get much worse than that.

Room was not clean from the previous guest before we arrived. Pull out couch had covers left from previous guest and cereal crumbs all over the bed. The king bead had hair on top and under the covers. I spoke with the manger who was very helpful and apologetic. She told me she would have the room cleaned for while my family and I were out. When we arrived back to the room house keep only took the covers off the pull out as cereal crumbs were still on the mattress. This let me know that the room was not properly cleaned for the second time.

It was just ok except they forgot to put towels and wash cloth in the room. Nobody was able to bring any up after getting in so late. Had to walk down to get them.

Property is convenient and the staff is always very gracious. Beds were ok, pillows meh. The room wasn't vacuumed very well, dust & hair around. The bathroom had a sour smell I think from the shower curtain. The make-up mirror over the sink is a huge plus.

The room was very dirty- there was blood on the sheets, mold on the pillow cases, hair in the shower and on the floor in the bathroom. Disgusting. I took the sheet and the moldy pillow up to the front desk and they didn’t offer to do anything other than give me a new set of sheets. A refund would have been nice.
