- There is another bookable vacation rental on-site in the upstairs unit at the rear of the house. Other travelers may be present during your stay. The other guests must access their separate entrance through the backyard, which is otherwise exclusive to the main house rental. The washer, dryer, and EV charger are shared amenities; however, every effort has been made to limit any potential interaction between the two rental units, including separate entrances
- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 2 cameras are located at the front door facing the front entry, 1 camera is located on the left side of the home facing the driveway, 1 camera is located on the back of the home facing the back gate/entrance, and 1 camera is located on the right side of the home facing the side yard. They do not face the hot tub area. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence

Inviting space

We stayed here for a family reunion, and the house had plenty of space for our group. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was decent.Check-in could have been smoother, and the cleaning between guests could definitely be improved. There were a few minor issues during our stay, but nothing that ruined the experience. Overall, it served its purpose and we made great memories with our family.

Great house close to Liberty University

We stayed at this property so we could watch our daughter at an event at Liberty University. It was a quick drive there or to restaurants and shopping. The host was great! Our group consisted of adults, teens, and toddlers. We all enjoyed the house. The bunk room is fantastic for children. The hot tub was great on a chilly day. The host took care of our every need!

Unexpected surprise!

I always give ratings relative to comparable properties in the same area. We booked this house for parents weekend at Liberty University, and wanted a pet friendly home so we could bring our 2 dogs up to see our son. If you are familiar with Lynchburg, this home is located in a working class neighborhood. We found the neighbors in the area very friendly and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch and actually took a nap one afternoon enjoying a cool breeze and the wind chimes! The home is a mid-century renovation and the owners did a great job. The house is incredibly well organized with plenty of little helpful notes. The decorations are really fun with lots of colorful artwork and lighting. The kitchen was superbly well stocked with everything we needed. They converted the home to have a separate apartment which resulted in no bathroom upstairs for those bedrooms, but there is a full bathroom on the main level in addition to the master bathroom. We didn’t find that to be an inconvenience at all. We were planning to enjoy the outdoor fire pit with nice Adirondack chairs on our last night but the weather didn’t cooperate, unfortunately. Overall, the home is a great value with plenty of room. We will likely book this home again on a future stay.
