We are very sad that you have some unpleasant experiences during stand in our hotel. Misunderstandings with additional services sometimes occur when booking. I send you a copy of your reservation with hotel.com the information we received. Perhaps the reason for the misunderstanding with breakfast was an error in the system. We always try to honestly and conscientiously perform all ordered and paid services of our guests.
I hope that in the end you were satisfied with your visit to Luxor and enjoyed the beautiful nature and historical sights.

I am sorry you were disappointed with your recent visit to Al Hambra, our guests comfort, safety and enjoyment are our No 1 priority. I would like to clarify some of the points raised. The hotel is situated on the West Bank, Luxor in a village some 5 minutes walk from the ferry. This is a quiet, peaceful and very safe area. You arrived, by ferry at 2am and as you would expect at this time most people are asleep. The streets are lite, but this is not a big city so you cannot expect the lighting to be the same. We changed your room as you said the aircon wasn’t working, you then said the aircon wasn't working in the 2nd room and left the hotel less than 30 minutes after your initial arrival. The nighttime temperature is 28 – 38 degrees at this time of the year, the air con needs time to cool the walls 10 – 15 minutes is not long enough. Free Wi -Fi is provided, but at no time did you mention it or ask for the password to enable you to use it. We hope you eventually enjoyed your stay in our beautiful historical city and experienced how friendly and helpful Egyptians are.
