Accueil parfait, services impeccables
La chambre est moderne, bien équipée en connectiques, TV, un très grande salle de bain, l'hotel est tout neuf en fait. Les petits déjeuners son copieux, très bien cusinés à prendre à l'intérieur ou sur la terrasse. Pour moi par dessus tout, c'est la qualité professionnelle de la receptioin. Le personnel se plie en quatre pour vous orienter, trouver les taxis etc... Les équipes suivent même les conditions de votre retour via blablacar et il s'assure que tout s'est bien passé. La France devrait en prendre de la graine parfois..

I stayed here back in 2018 and was very pleased that the quality had remained high despite the war. The room was comfortable. The breakfast menu offered many tasty options.The location is just off the walking street in the town center. I'll be back.

Небольшой новый отель в центре Луцка на тихой улице в 100 м от пешеходной улицы Леси Украинки. Из окна моего номера открывался замечательный вид на замок XVI века. Здание построено специально для отеля, поэтому продумано всё для мелочей. Комфорт в номере на уровне лучших европейских стандартов, WiFi просто замечательный, о завтраках надо сказать особо - ассортимент шведского стола сравнительно невелик, что вполне логично для небольшого отеля на 35 номеров, что замечательно компенсируется его качеством, а также широтой выбора горячих блюд на заказ, вкус и подача которых превосходят все ожидания - это не завтрак в гостинице, это завтрак в ресторане!)

The girls on reception realised it was my birthday and brought me a piece of Cake and sang happy birthday. . breakfast was really good worth the extra 135uht. Excellent room and quality bed. All feels new. Excellent value for money. In the middle of town, easy to walk to pubs and restaurants. If the price is within your budget stay here. Excellent location

Modernt och fräscht.
Mycket modernt och fräscht hotell. Restaurangen va ingen höjdare tyckte vi. Kan bero på att den hette ”meat and green” så det va nog lite hälsostuk på maten. En köttbit och ett salladsblad typ... är en bea-kille. Frukosten sådär. Lite tunt med saker och kaffe/the kom dom till bordet och tog beställning för. Jag som är kaffetorsk vill ju ha 5-6 koppar för att vakna. Blev lite pinsamt. Dock väldigt fräsch restaurang. Hypermodern.

By far the best hotel in Lutsk. It’s the only good hotel in town. Good location, cheap, clean, good service.
