Unfortunately, we do not offer free transportation to and from the airport to us, but we liaise with many taxi companies in the area and my colleague had given you the numbers for these companies to make a booking to get to us. As per the cancellation policy for your booking, you had paid in advance for this reservation and it had stated it was non-cancellable or refundable. For all of our guest we try our best to help out in every situation, but as you paid through Expedia and not directly with us, they would need to be contacted. The bed has been designed to provide comfort for everyone, this is due to the state of the art adjustable dial that controls the hardness of the mattress. However, we thank you for your honest comments.We will address these issues with our team to ensure a better experience for our guests. Regarding room service, we apologise for the inconvenience with the food, was excessively oily and flavourless. The selection of dinner menu are carefully chosen to please all our guests' tastes, however, we are constantly trying to improve the variety and quality of food items that we offer. Please do not hesitate to let us know at the time of any concerns, we will always do our best to find a convenient solution as we texted you on our message system during your stay if everything is fine and we received reply from you that all is good.
