« Pros: very clean,AC worked great,large yard for pets,plenty of parking.Cons: no coffee maker, no dining table, seating and plates, etc. for 4ppl only,slow drains,lights dim and flicker when any appliance runs »

« This place is very cute. The hosts are welcoming and had a little basket of snacks, which we enjoyed.We were a party of 4 adults and 3 medium dogs with plenty of space!The pond and gazebo area is fantastic. The ducks come right up to you! There are so many turtles and fish and you can feed them!Plenty of towels, hand soap, and blankets as well. The beds are comfortable and have lots of pillows. Lufkin is a cute small town with plenty to do and this is a good location! »

« The air barely cooled the room, the bathtub was dirty, the phone or clock didn’t work. I finally got the television to come on but took some effort. The main thing dissatisfying was upon checking in, my booking was already paid for but the owner tried to charge me $75.00 more. She said Expedia didn’t charge the whole cost of the room. When I refused to pay more, she gave me a room on the second floor and I had to carry all my luggage up a flight of stairs. On a good note, The location was...
