This ground-floor Okemo condo is located in the Kettle Brook community. Kettle Brook is conveniently positioned on the mountain, surrounded by the Kettle Brook and Bull Run trails.

This inviting, ski-in/ski-out condo is perfect for families and groups of friends. You will find plenty of space and privacy in a gorgeous wooded setting. Find a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials to whip up everything from full-course meals to quick snacks on the go. The living room is cozy and offers a great spot to unwind with your loved ones after a fun-filled day. Snuggle up in front of the wood-burning fireplace and watch a favorite show or movie on the TV, or take a refreshing midday nap on the comfy sofa. The balcony with a two-person bistro table offers nice views down the slopes and pond.

The primary bedroom is on the lower level and the bunk bed bedroom is on the upper level.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Stay for the ski in/out location

Spent a weekend ski trip with family of four (our sons both 21 years old). The slopeside location was by far this unit's best attribute. It sits right beside a trail with direct access to the two main fixed-rope quad lifts (that get you to the rest of the mountain). For those who know Okemo - if the Sachem quad is open and there's enough snow cover you can ski across a couple trails to that lift and get to the main mountain directly.The daily rental rate (we paid - not sure if that varies thru the season) was attractive - for that price - it would be a good deal. Yet - the added fees make you then hoping for a bit more of an experience. However - the Kettle Brook units look the oldest on the mountain - and are simply in need of upgrades all around. That said - everything was in working condition, with the small exception of the front door lock took a little doing to work (but OK once we figured out why it would jam). The unit was also clean when we arrived - but it all shows its age.The bed set up for an all-adult family (of 4) wasn't a perfect match - but we made it work for the weekend stay. The beds were a mixed review among us (a couple of us preferred the firmer mattresses - the rest didn't). Note to families with children - if you end up with upstair neighbors with "heavy feet" you will hear them at night (we certainly did - but not a big issue with our adult family).Overall - if you are just looking for a slope side experience to stay - you will enjoy it.

Horrible, scary and scam

We got to the property the door was unlock the property was trashed, holes in the wall, suspicious number of blankets/comforters roll up like some something is hiding in it. Dirty, smelly haunted house looking. Not only it was a bad place, kept calling customer service and they had attitude. They didn't find us a replacement had to spend the night in the car freezing and had to drive to another state for 2 hours and paid a hotel more. Just ruined our trip totally! A true Ski on/Ski off experience

Highly recommend renting this condo for a true ski on/ski off experience. Yes, the condo is dated but it is clean and well appointed and you can't beat the location on the mountain. We had an excellent experience and will certainly rent here again. Thank you, Vacasa for making check in and check out very easy!

Needs weather stripping and streamlined check in

The location of this property is great and it was clean and cared for. With some simple fixes this is a great place to stay. The big issue was that the exterior doors do not have weather stripping so the warm air pours out of the unit. Daylight is clearly visible around the exterior doors. The heat was on, but we couldn't keep the unit warm enough, especially in the downstairs bedroom which had windows and its own exterior door. This seems like a relatively simple fix that would have made a huge difference for our family's experience. Checking in was also challenging. The door code didn't work so we had to call the property manager and work through accessing the physical key from a lock box. The first code for the lock box didn't work, but fortunately the second code did. Using the key was inconvenient (only one key for four people) and actually quite difficult to manually open and close with the deadbolt. At check out, we had to spend an hour texting with the property manager to work out how to return the key.

Condo is a bit dated but that’s okay. Heating situation is crazy in that there are thermostats everywhere and it’s either frying or cool. Lock on door is dodgy at best and lock box doesn’t work. Dishes were not clean appearing so everything was washed by hand before it was used.

Perfect Location!

Wonderful ski in/out Location! Very Clean. Enjoyed the view from the 2nd level balcony. Easy access to the beginner slope from the lower level (through main bedroom). Overall stay was fantastic! Property could use some minor updates, but we can’t wait to book another stay! Great Okemo vacation! Thank you!

Great, clean, convenient location

Condo was just as shown. It was cozy with fireplace and had all we needed to enjoy our Thanksgiving dinner. Although there was no snow on trail beside condo, we walked over to main trail to get to bubble lift! Would love to come back!
