Eminence est dƩfinie comme un lieu ƩlevƩ et ƩlevƩ, une zone terrestre surƩlevƩe, un terrain en ƩlƩvation.

Il n'y a pas de meilleur mot pour dĆ©crire l'emplacement de cette incroyable propriĆ©tĆ©. La maison personnalisĆ©e, construite en 2009, est situĆ©e au sommet dā€™une falaise, au-dessus dā€™une plage privĆ©e avec accĆØs par escalier, Ć  quelques minutes de Ludington, et offre une vue imprenable sur le lac Michigan depuis presque toutes les piĆØces! AoĆ»t 2017 Note: En raison d'une rĆ©cente tempĆŖte, les escaliers de la communautĆ© vers la plage ne sont actuellement pas sĆ»rs et ne sont pas disponibles. Le niveau de l'eau a tellement augmentĆ© qu'ils ne sont pas en mesure de les rĆ©parer avant au moins le printemps 2019

Ā Il y a quatre chambres Ć  coucher, dont deux suites principales, toutes deux avec des lits king size et une salle de bain complĆØte. La suite principale situĆ©e au rez-de-chaussĆ©e offre un accĆØs direct Ć  votre propre salon privĆ© sur le pont arriĆØre donnant sur le lac, vous invitant Ć  la premiĆØre tasse de cafĆ© de la journĆ©e. En plus des suites, il y a deux autres chambres, l'une avec un lit queen et l'autre avec quatre lits jumeaux, qui partagent l'accĆØs Ć  la troisiĆØme salle de bain complĆØte Ć  l'Ć©tage supĆ©rieur. Il y a aussi une mezzanine meublĆ©e avec un canapĆ©-lit queen.

La cuisine est parfaitement Ć©quipĆ©e pour tous vos besoins en matiĆØre de cuisine et de restauration. Il y a aussi un espace de grillades et un foyer extĆ©rieur, parfaits pour les amateurs de shopping alors que vous regardez un autre coucher de soleil spectaculaire du lac Ć  la fin de la journĆ©e.

Profitez du salon spacieux pour vous divertir ou simplement vous dƩtendre devant la cheminƩe et la tƩlƩvision Ơ Ʃcran plat de 50 pouces. La maison est compatible WiFi et est ƩquipƩe d'une laveuse et d'une sƩcheuse. Tous les conforts de la maison vous attendent!

Remarque: Nous avons achetƩ cette maison en novembre 2015 et achetƩ tous les nouveaux meubles. Pas de mariages ou d'ƩvƩnements. Maximum de 12 invitƩs. Nos voisins sont des rƩsidents Ơ temps plein et nos invitƩs doivent respecter les limites de la propriƩtƩ en tout temps.

Overall the property was nice and fit my family and friends for my wedding weekend perfectly. The best part of the property and a main reason I booked it was the amazing views of the water. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to and the owner was available to answer any questions. One thing to note and this could have just been my phone but I didnā€™t have service and had to be on wifi in order to have any type of service. No fault to the owner but just a thing worth noting for future guests so they arenā€™t surprised at the lack of service.

The view was spectacular. The house was updated and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet. Deer liked to stroll in the backyard. Walking distance to White Pine Village. A quick drive to Buttersville Park beach which was not crowded at all. We enjoyed our week immensely.

Before I talk about the house and property, I commend the ease and promptness of communication with Heidi, the home owner. She was pleasant and helpful with all questions and communications. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The back wall of the home was all windows, giving you a beautiful view of Lake Michigan, no matter where you were on the first floor. The beds in all of the bedrooms were comfortable and lent to very restful sleep, especially if you opened a window and listened to the waves hitting the beach.the kitchen was well stocked with flatware and cookware. There was a nice sized fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and there were Duraflame starters supplied to make starting a fire very easy. We enjoyed two evenings of fires with a beautiful view of the moon reflecting on the lake. We had visitors daily from a brood of deer that seemed to live nearby. The drive to Ludington was a short 10 minute drive. So, grocery stores, drugstores and restaurants as well as shops and galleries were nearby. All of those things lead to a fantastic vacation on the shore of Lake Michigan. We highly recommend this wonderful property and are grateful to Heidi for sharing her home with us. we stayed for my mom's 70th birthday. It was a beautiful home with a beautiful view. The house was great. It was clean and well stocked with what is needed in the kitchen. There were goodies like local treats in the kitchen and soaps for the bathroom. The firepit was great. We spent a lot of time outside. We used the grill. The beds were comfy. The beach close by was lovely, and when we went we almost had it all to ourselves. It was off-season so it was challenging at times to find shops and restaurants. Hosts were very helpful in that regard. It was a great stay; sure we'll return.

We really enjoyed our stay - our first visit to Lake Michigan and the sunsets around the fire pit were by far the highlight of the trip. The house is very well outfitted with everything we needed to be able to cook during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and my kids enjoyed the ping-pong table downstairs.

This was our second year in a row staying in this beautiful house. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation experience. Sitting on the back deck overlooking the expanse of Lake Michigan is so wonderfully beautiful and peaceful! It is a great place to have a fun, chill getaway!

We had such a great time staying at Wayne and Heidiā€™s gorgeous home in Ludington. The house is very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to sleep and relax to enjoy the incredible view of Lake Michigan. We are a group of 3 middle-aged adult sibling and spouses/significant others, no kids. We enjoyed being 10 minutes from everything in downtown Ludington, yet far enough away to feel private and at a "get-away". The owners are great to communicate with and made good on all they advertised. We all felt it was clean, very comfortable, well-appointed throughout, beautiful yet casual. When not in town we like to hang out and socialize. The comfortable couches, large dining table, spacious, cobweb-free waterfront porch and of course the large firepit gave us plenty of options to chill and chat. There is also nook-spaces to have a little solitude or private time. Lake Michigan provided a beautiful scene all day and night. Watching boats, the local ferry to Wisconsin (Badger), ships, ducks and gulls, gorgeous sunsets and morning fog, and even an awe-inspiring lightning show one evening. Even the wildlife was great. We had a couple deer mosey through the backyard early one morning and dozens of dragonflies buzzing around the backyard eating what few mosquitoes existed during the afternoon. We travel a lot and are ones who will say when something is bad or not up to our standards. Eminence exceeded our standards and made our family gathering perfect in all the ways a location can. We all highly recommend it.

Property had a ring camera on the back porch that was not disclosed to us beforehand. The camera made noise every time we passed it saying we were on camera. Disappointing because we mostly hung out in the backyard and now we know we may have been watched the whole time. Hosts admitted to us after the fact that they were unaware the camera's notifications were turned on. Hosts also charged us $50 after the fact an additional tip for their cleaner on top of the cleaning fee paid at the time of booking.

From the moment we opened the front door we were all delighted with this beautiful home! Every room is welcoming and decorated to give a cozy feel. It was very clean and well stocked with all we needed. It was so peaceful to sit on the softly lit back porch in the evening or around the fire pit overlooking Lake Michigan from the bluff. There were 10 of us in our family and we liked having plenty of room and tables for games inside and out. The location is perfect, and we visited Ludington, Pentwater and Hart which were all nearby. Heidi is a wonderful host and got right back to us with any questions. We all loved our stay at Eminence and hope to come back again!!

Eminence is a gorgeous, beautifully decorated, well appointed and clean home with a very welcoming feel! Heidi is an excellent communicator who responds kindly and quickly to any questions you may have! The Meylan familyā€™s property has amazing views of Lake Michigan! We spotted the Badger coming in and going out several times! Over our numerous trips to Ludington we have taken just about every cruise the Badger has to offer and enjoyed all! Viewing the fireworks from the Badger is very fun experience! Our favorite places to eat in Ludington are Stix and Jamesport Brewing! We would recommend going on the earlier side of meal time, especially if you have young children with you, as both places can get quite busyā€¦at least that was true over the Fourth of July holiday weekend.

From the moment we walked in the door we were wowed. The property was amazing and felt like home. The views from the back porch were so beautiful. We spent much of time sitting on the porch, watching sunrises, enjoying mid day sunshine and watching the sun fall into the sparkling lake. It was a close distance to town which was convenient. The owners were easy to communicate with and have a gem in this property.

The property is the perfect oasis with the most stunning views of Lake Michigan up on the bluff. Heidi is very communicative and they want their guests to feel right at home. The beach access is about a mile down the street, the neighborhood is small and was quiet during our stay. I loved this property so much that I booked another trip to this home before I even left! Thank you Heidi and Wayne for sharing such a beautiful piece of Michigan lakeshore and opening up your vacation home for others to enjoy.
