« The stay had a few disappointing aspects. The room had a persistent bad smell due to poor ventilation, which made it uncomfortable at times. Room service was also quite slow — even for basic requests, we had to call two or three times before receiving any assistance. This affected the overall experience and level of comfort expected during the stay. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of options available each morning. « Good hotel. I’ve been coming to this hotel for the past three years and it’s keeping its good quality and standards. However I had a room near the lift which are quite noisy and I had asked my room to be changed but unfortunately my request was not processed in due time and I got busy with my meetings and no one got back to me. Also the buffet is nice, but it lacks of innovation as every evening it used to be more or less the same food. »

« I would feel positive about this hotel if it was classified 4*. The 5* rating was not reflected in the standard of comfort in the room (though it would be fine as 4*) nor the in-room amenities (only 3*). So it was an ok stay, at ok value for money, but not up to 5* expectations. »

« The best hotel of our trip! People really nice and always smiling! Thanks for having us »

What else? »
