Chambre super avec une vue imprenable et très propres! Buffet du petit déjeuner, correct service agréable.Part contre le personnel du bar nous semblez très débordé, part l affluence du dimache. Les cocktails demande une amélioration au vue du standing de l’hôtel.

Le site est magnifique et la vue sur le lac et les montagnes est incroyable… le funiculaire pour se rendre en ville 10 minutes de la vieille ville….. cet hôtel fait rêver, la plus belle vue de Lucerne

La vue et l'emplacement ne sont pas tout
L'emplacement de l'hôtel et la vue qu'il offre sur la ville sont réellement exceptionnels. Dommage que ces atouts soient gâchés par un équipement des chambres quelque peu minimaliste (pas de possibilité de se faire un thé/café en chambre, pas de chaines TV en français, pas de vidéos à la demande en français), par une propreté qui laisse à désirer (cheveux dans la salle de bain), par un buffet de petit déjeuner trop lentement réapprovisionné, détails (mais au prix de la chambre, peut-on considérer ces points comme des détails?...) qui laissent un goût quelque peu amer après l'excellente première impression.

Magnifique !
Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel plein de charme qui bénéficie d'un environnement et d'une vue magnifique sur Lucerne. Nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre à prix réduit et avons eu la bonne surprise d'être surclassé dans la suite Majorelle. Nous avons eu beaucoup apprécié cette suite, l'hôtel en général ainsi que le petit-déjeuner. J'y reviendrai certainement !

This hotel is beautiful. It has an incredible view of Lucerne. It’s so quite. Staff was so nice and helpful. Room is spacious.
