Villa Steffy is a private house, beautifully renovated old farmhouse located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, set on the scenic Lucca hills. The grounds of Villa Steffy extend over approximately one hectare, partly flat and fully fenced. The park features olive groves and typical local plants, including ornamental shrubs such as oleanders and various fruit trees. Guests can dine outdoors on the east side, just in front of the dining area. There is also a barbecue and a relaxing area with chairs and a table located in front of the main entrance of the house.

The swimming pool, open from the first Saturday of May to the last Saturday of September, has a rectangular shape measuring 6×12 m. It is chlorine-treated and located about 20 metres from the house. The area surrounding the pool is equipped.
