External Description

Villa Dani is located in the splendid Tuscan countryside, a few km from Lucca. The property boasts a fenced garden with lawn, flowers, olive trees, and a lovely pergola with dining table and chairs, for alfresco meals.

The outdoor spaces are embellished with a private pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.40 m), open from May to the end of October, and equipped with sunbeds, parasols, some changing rooms with showers, and a toilet.

Within the garden you will also find a ping pong table (ideal for the entertainment of adults and children) and a private chapel (accessible to guests).

Lastly there is a private parking for 4 cars and a barbecue, perfect for having tasty grills with friends.

The owners of the villa live in a suite with independent entrance inside the property, and they are always available in case of need.

Internal Description

Villa Dani is divided into 3 suites, each with its own independent entrance. Two suites are internally connected to each other, while the third one is not. The entire property can accommodate up to 10 people, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. 2 high chairs and 2 baby beds are available on request. Pets are not allowed.

- Suite 1 (37 m2): The first suite is set entirely on the ground floor and consists of: a living room, a kitchenette, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

- Suite 2 (48 m2): The second suite is spread over 2 levels (ground floor and mezzanine) and consists of: a living room with single bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor; a double bedroom on the mezzanine.

- Suite 3 (45 m2): The third suite is spread over 2 levels (ground floor and mezzanine) and is made up of: a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a single passage-way bedroom, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor; a double bedroom on the mezzanine.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance. In September, upon request, the owner offers the opportunity to take part in a grape harvest experience with a tasting of local wines at a nearby winery.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning and utilities (300.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
