Summary:
Being less than a mile from Texas Tech, Rejuvenation Station allows for both relaxation and convenience. This back house features 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, living room, and super comfortable new bedding to ensure a great night's rest. The living room has a 45-inch Roku enabled TV for guests to access their favorite streaming services and fast WiFi to ensure you're always connected.

The Space:
NEWLY RENOVATED on 11/01/23 with brand new flooring, furniture, paint, bedding, and towels.

The first bedroom contains a queen bed with a 43" smart TV and the second bedroom contains two twin size beds. Both bedrooms have brand new mattresses, frames, and super comfortable linens to ensure a great night's rest. There are also plenty of throw blankets for an extra layer.

The bathroom contains a large walk-in shower and modern updates. You will also have access to plenty of shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. A hair dryer is available, if needed. The washer and dryer are also located in this area in case you need to take care of any laundry.

The living room features a comfortable sofa that allows for an additional guest to sleep. A 45" Roku enabled TV is in the living room for your convenience. You are welcome to access any of the streaming channels on this TV with your own accounts. Just don't forget to log out!

The kitchen has been completely redone with new cabinets appliances and cute decorations. It is also stocked with items to allow you to cook your favorite meals.

** Please note that this property is a back house behind the main house at this address and can be found going through the alley behind the main house. Back houses are very common and secure in Lubbock. **

There is an outdoor camera at this location overlooking the front door and parking area.

We look forward to hosting you at Rejuvenation Station! You must be in good standing to book with us and have positive rental history and reviews. We do require an electronic rental agreement to book this property. We do not rent to local Lubbock residents. Please reach out with any questions.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.

This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this. If you have a service animal, proof of registration is required BEFORE you book.

We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short 2-3 day stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense. Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Guest Access:
All areas of the house are accessible by guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets.

The Neighborhood:
Located in historic South Overton close to the intersection of 19th and University. A short walk or drive to Texas Tech University.

Getting Around:
Lubbock is a large city and has poor public transportation options. It is recommended that you have your own vehicle, although Uber and Lyft are alternative options.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that this property is located behind the main property at this address and is accessed by driving down the alley from either the East or West side. Back houses in this neighborhood are very common. There is very little to no traffic where this house is located so you can be assured a comfortable night's rest. There is no access to the front property and therefore you'll have plenty of privacy. Parking is available for two vehicles. Please message us if you have any questions or concerns about this.

Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.

This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee. Service animals will be required to show proof of registration BEFORE booking.

Host-Initiated Cancellation Policy
While we make every effort to honor all confirmed reservations, there may be rare instances where cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:

Full Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation.
No Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses.
Best Efforts to Assist: In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates.
Force Majeure Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to property damage, utility failures, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations that affect short-term rentals.
Sale of Property: In the event the property is sold prior to your scheduled stay and the new owner does not wish to honor existing bookings, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. A full refund of any payments made will be issued, but we are not liable for securing alternative accommodations or covering additional expenses.
Removal from Rental Market: We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property is permanently or temporarily removed from the short-term rental market for any reason. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, and no further compensation or liability will be assumed.
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

We reserve the right to decline any alteration request.

House Rules:
- No pets!
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in an immediate $500 fine plus damages.
- No smoking inside the property.
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, message us and let us know immediately.

Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent the day before your check-in date. We require 24 notice for early check out alterations.

Interaction with Guests:
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad to allow for entry at your convenience. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time.

We do ask that you please reach out to us via text or phone call. Emails are not checked as often and we want to make sure that we can address your needs promptly.

It was very clean and looks just like the pictures online. At first it was hard to find, I didn't realize you had to go down the alley to get to it. But once I found it one time, it was a breeze after that. I would stay here again while in Lubbock! 5 stars from us.

Highly recommended to stay here for anybody looking for a 2 bed 1 bath in LBK. A hotel of room(s) of this quality and size would be double in price and far less in comfort. Family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) fit perfectly. Everything was brand new and fully thought out. Owners responded in seconds to all communication. Location was central to all things Tech and Lubbock.
