It was relativly clean but there was a dead big fly on the floor of the bathroom, like it was crushed by a feet (was the floor cleaned). The rest of tje room was clean though buy weird

Attended grandsons graduation!!! After a full day of driving & totally exhausted, the place looked pretty good ($309.00/night). The front desk person was not welcoming ... oh well, long day for him also! The room had an odor ... tired, wake up ... able to see in room in full daylight. Full understanding of odor! The carpet was filthy, area around toilet not properly cleaned. OH my, stop looking! Get some of that wonderful free breakfast! YUCK ... biscuts could be used for hockey pucks!!! Just another sign of the times ... rip rip off!!

Very convenient location from the Lubbock International Airport. The walls are paper thin and we could hear the conversations and gathering going on in the next room and they decided to stay up until 4 in the morning, the rooms could have been cleaner. Hair left in the bathroom, someone dirty socks left in the closet. Overall not too bad, I would go back if I had to stay in Lubbock again.

We had so much noise around us,3am and people and their bad ass kids running up and down the hall talking loud and we had hair in the towels, just ridiculous. I told the front desk clerk the next morning and she said she heard from several people and nothing was done. If you have other options use them

The room was ok, clean at least. There was no one monitoring the pool area so there were alot of kids with no adult, another large group of kids in the jacuzzi that would not get out-pool was definitely not enjoyable!!! Breakfast was ok also- but I guess you get what you pay for.

First checked in and the key card wouldn’t work and then the door stayed red so i think it was a door issue. Then had to get another room. They on way to room the whole place smelled of sewer smell. Not just the room. The place is a little dated. Room wasn’t that dirty but the sheets had stains and so did all the towels. We checked out and left.

Rude! Filthy! Trashy! Avoid this place like the plague! Book and paid for room in advance. We are a family of 3 traveling with a child on a cross country road trip and booked here for a one night rest over. We were coming in late from driving 8hrs and had delays due to car problems making our arrival very late. I called in advance to make them aware of our circumstance and they said they would not let us check in late. I had to called the corporate office and after an hour of back and forth phone calls and begging them, they let us stay. At this point, we felt like we were an imposition but had little choice. we arrived exhausted around 1:30AM. Then I spent another hour in the room cleaning it. Luckily, I brought sanitizer and Lysol with us. Hairs and grime everywhere: on doors, door handles, beds and sheets, dirty bathtub, floor, sink area- just filth in various surfaces around the room. Room/AC smelt bad. Slept 4 hrs with one eye open. Bring your Lysol, the big can because you’re going to need it if you stay here. Better off at a rest stop sleeping in your car. Fact!
