« Staff was nice. Room was terrible, phone didn’t even have a cord hooked to it. Bathroom was a mess dirt ring in the tub, towels were stained, had to go buy my own. Overall not a good experience! »

Looking back I don't know how they could have simplified the directions bc it was very involved but it was a tad stressful to follow all the codes and instructions. « I loved this hotel. Our room was nice and clean. It had a few really useful qualities such as a nice kitchenette and big shower. My only complaint would be the noise coming from outside…but it’s a city! So I guess we’ll hear noises? I would still go back there for a futur stay. »
