« Room was clean, had lots of items that were paid forward like coffee, filters, cooking spray. Also has two beach chairs, sand play kit, and towels. My best advice is to take bug spray for the mosquitos…sadly, they ruined the trip for us. »

« Very clean and well decorated and equipped. The owners are very helpful with anything that comes up. The pool is huge, and the ocean is right behind it providing your own little beach. Very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. »

« We love staying in the Shipyard and find it a fantastic location. This property was the best unit we’ve stayed in. Very clean and comfortable with awesome decor. One room is a little tight with the queen bed taking up most of the room but the bed and bedding were very comfortable so it was easy to forget. Highly recommended. »

« We rented the Condo at Shipyard because of the walkability factor. It was cozy and sufficient for a 1 week stay. It was clean and nicely decorated. We came to Key West to purchase a house, which we did, so we are now on our way to becoming Freshwater Conch's. I texted with Melanie and communication with her was great. So nice! « We enjoyed the property. We stay in the Shipyard Condos every year for the past twenty years so we were very familiar with the specific condo location. So much so that I asked if our parking spot was indeed in the small parking lot just off the entrance to Truman Waterfront Park rather than the Shipyard main lot lot accessed off of Thomas Street. « Nice spot away from the crowd but close enough to walk/scoot/bike to. If you plan on parking its first come first serve and not a lot of room for vehicles in the gravel driveway. Maybe 5 cars max if guests know how to park efficiently. If not then youll have to scout the street for a spare spot. I rented a scooter so no issue for finding parking in the driveway. Easy check in and the room( I stayed in the Havana) was small but big enough for one person; two if your spouse packs light and is easy...

The view of the water was amazing, and there was plenty of space inside and on the (huge) balcony for me and my family to relax. Having access to the pool and private beach were also highlights, and it is conveniently located near Smathers Beach! The owners had everything setup and ready for us, and we had the best time!
