Bien pour une étape entre Deadwood et Cody. Ne ratez pas le Bighorn Canyon, la vue y est splendide et c’est à 15 min de route.

Not great / not bad
The room wasn’t filthy, but it wasn’t clean either. U could tell that it had ent been vacuumed under the bed in a while. The lady is nice. But U can tell she has no help and she is doing it all. No room service unless u call her that u need something. For the nightly price, she could afford to hire help

I'm sorry you were unhappy about the cancellation charge. Please understand every hotel has cancellation policies. In your case, it was a “no show.” Therefore, we have no choice but to charge you since it was a “no show."

I'm sorry you were unhappy about the cancellation charge. Please understand every hotel has cancellation policies. Our policy is that you may cancel at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges. In your case, it was a “no show.” We waited for you til past midnight and you did not even try to call us. Therefore, we have no choice but to charge you due to “no show."

Sheets and comforters were prints, so difficult to tell if they were clean. The window air conditioner was VERY Loud. There was no coffee pot in the room.

Late Night Stay!
The owner went above and beyond for us. Arrived late, kitchen was closed. But she made food for us. Such a wonderful lady.

Great trip to Bighorn Canyon
Hotel was clean not fancy very basic, people were friendly and responsive. We used Western Motel as just a place to sleep. It was economical and meet our needs.

For the price it was very dated and the air conditioner so loud we had to shut it off to sleep. No one in the office until late and no bathroom exhaust fan.

It is Very dated and had a strange smell about it. It was a last minute booking and there was nothing else available. When we returned after the 1st day, we found our door to our room open and the room was unmade. Thankfully we took everything of value with us! We will Definitely Not be staying here again!

We would like you to know that for some reason, the room rates seemed to have been altered from the original rate we have set. The room rate with 2 beds went down to the one-bed room rate instead. Therefore, we informed you that we’ll need to adjust a little from the one-bed room rate to a little less than the two-bed room rate, which you agreed. As a lot of our guests know, we provide quite affordable rates for our establishment as much as we would like to be fair for both of us. Thanks.

Overall it’s a nice little location and motel. They are making some changes to a new parking lot. It’s a 1950s era motel. I think the ownership will improve it more and more as funds are available.

We're sorry that you were unhappy about our pet fee. We charge a minimal pet fee in comparison to the other hotels that charge $25 or more. I hope you understand but we're only following our pet policy as posted in our website (www.westernmotel-lovell.com) under Online Reservations (Policy #5) stating that "Potty-trained pets are allowed in our pet-friendly rooms with an additional charge of $15 per Pet per Night..." Nevertheless, we take pride in the cleanliness of our hotel and in the overall experience we provide to guests

We’re sorry we you were unhappy. We take pride in the cleanliness of our hotel and in the overall experience we provide to guests. Our continental breakfast starts at 8 or 8:15 a.m. which our guests were able to have that morning, including coffee, 4 different cereals, granola bars and breakfast rolls.

This is a older property but very functional and comfortable. Lady at front desk very friendly. All rooms are on ground level which is great for someone like me with knee problems.
