Welcome to Lucky in Loveland! Kick back and enjoy the peaceful back patio after a day at Kings Island our exploring downtown Loveland. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood on a quiet cul de sac.

The kitchen has been fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole crew.

The coffee and tea station is stocked with drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, and electric kettle to help you fuel up for your day. Coffee and teas are provided.

In general:
- Keypad entry and self check-in
- 1 full bathroom (with bathtub)
- Fast WiFi
- Smart TV in Living Room
- Electric fireplace in living room
- Stocked kitchen with lots of small appliances (air fryer, blender, toaster, coffee grinder, crockpot, hand mixer)
- Coffee and tea station (Keurig machine, drip coffee pot, French Press, and electric kettle)
- 6 person dining table
- Washer and dryer
- Combo booster seat/high chair
- Pack N Play - sheets not provided. Please bring your own sheets.
- A generous starter pack of the following items is provided: laundry detergent, fabric sheets, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, coffee and teas, creamers, and sweeteners.

Sleeping Spaces with room darkening curtains and sound machines:
- Bedroom 1 with queen bed and Smart TV
- Bedroom 2 with queen bed
- Bedroom 3 has a twin bed with twin trundle bed and dedicated workspace

Outdoor space:
- Outdoor dining table for 6
- 2 Adirondack chairs for relaxing

Parking:
-Up to 2 cars in the driveway and free street parking

The location:
- Less than 2 miles off of 275.
- Kroger grocery store is a half mile away.
- The newly opened DVD Brewery is only 0.5 miles away (their Red Ale is my favorite!)
- 1.5 miles away from historic downtown Loveland and all that it has to offer - delicious restaurants, adorable boutiques, coffee shops, brewery and taprooms, and of course, the Loveland Bike Trail! Bike, canoe, walk, and enjoy the beautiful parks our city has to offer. There’s always something going on in Loveland!
- Kings Island is about 8 miles away.
- Downtown Cincinnati is about 18 miles away.

House rules:
- No smoking or vaping inside the home. Any cigarette smoke or marijuana smell in the home upon checkout will result in a $500 fee.
- No parties - parties will not be tolerated by our neighbors
- Quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am
- Guests must adhere to pet rules as detailed below
- Children must be supervised at all times
- Wi-Fi must stay always plugged in, because the interior climate controls require Wi-Fi to function.

Pet rules and conditions:
- No more than 2 dogs under 50 lbs each
- Pets must be registered on the reservation request at the time of booking
- Pet fee of $50 per stay
- Pick up and dispose of pet waste in the outdoor trash cans. Failure to pick up pet waste will result in a $150 fee.
- Don’t leave animals unsupervised
- Dogs must be on leash outside, because the yard is not fully fenced
- Pets must be housebroken
- Pets must be crated if left unattended indoors
- Excessive pet hair or cleaning required may result in an additional $100 cleaning fee
- Dogs are not to be left outside unattended
- Excessive barking outdoors is not permitted.

A few notes:
- Two areas of the home not accessible to guests: the garage and the twin/trundle bedroom closet.
- Allergen alert - While we do our best to thoroughly clean between guests, this home is pet-friendly and may not be appropriate for guests with pet allergies.
- The backyard is only partially fenced, so pets must be on leash in the backyard.
- Please note that there are two areas of the home not accessible to guests, as they are used for personal storage: the garage and the Bedroom 3 closet.

The house was clean and well kept. The location is close to a Kroger for any grocery needs. Fairly close to the highway. The A/C working during a week of 100 weather was fantastic with one small comment. The AC is fairly loud so if you are a light sleeper - may just want to be aware. Would absolutely stay again.

This was my first time getting a rental on here and I wasn’t sure the process. From the very beginning, the hosted a great job explaining everything to me so I had no stress going in. The house location is fantastic. About 5 to 10 minute drive from downtown Loveland, where you can walk around to different restaurants and bars. The house itself was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay with them again next time we’re in town!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the house. The house was spotless and the host made you feel right at home. They stocked the house with extra, for example they had both pod coffee and ground coffee (decaff and caffeine) and laundry detergent. In addition, the location was awesome. It was only less than a mile to the grocery store and 1 1/2 mile to the Little Miami Scenic Trail.

Perfect place for a short stay! Very convenient to all Loveland has to offer and the location was in a quiet community. We needed a place to stay for a few nights while we had floors being refinished. Everything you need is there with a little extra, and the place was very clean and organized.

Everything about our stay was excellent. It was so clear that a lot of thought was put into the energy and functionality of the space that I even took note of some things to reference for my house. The location is convenient and the neighborhood was perfect for my mom's daily walks. She even said she'd want to live in a house like this in a neighborhood like this if she lived here. We just needed a place to stay before our lease started but I'm recommending this to any friends or family that visit and want a place to themselves!

House was spotless and had everything we needed. PM was easy to communicate with and accommodating. If you have elders or are prone to falling, be aware of the sloping / settling in the floors and the shower about chucked two of us with how it tilts with the settling house. Would stay again.

The property is very well taken care of and the owner goes the extra mile for amenities. Communication was wonderful ! The home is very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. The location is just a few short minutes to downtown sweet Loveland - a wonderful place to shop, dine and ride, walk or run the trail. This is a home we will return to when we’re in Loveland!
