L’hôtel ne nous a pas plu : le lit n’est pas confortable, tapis pas propre, piscine pas de serviettes et semble laisser à l’abandon. Hôtel énorme et clim a fonds! Bonne situation près des attractions.

I asked three people for directions and they were all workers in the hotel and they couldn’t offer me any information. I also met an elderly male worker who asked for directions, and he assumed that I was part of a sorority, and he shouted at me, and then he realized he was mistaken and he walked away.

Great for our stay along the bourbon trail. Had great staff and friendly. They had food inside to eat and was close to many other eateries.

Staff is very rude, unpleasant and overall dismissive to any guest coming into the property. Property itself is very nice however staff definitely make you uncomfortable.

Sutanay front desk agent quickly found us room with a great view and we had a smooth check in. The hospitality of the hotel staff including at the Swizzle restaurant with delicious menu and gorgeous views is superb! Highly recommend!!!

A nice hotel but regretted falling for the hard sell of an upgrade on arrival. The suite was very spacious and comfortable but to hear noise like bathroom flushing from adjoining room was a real disappointment. The a/c coolong was also incredibly loud to the point I had to put it on when leaving room.amd switch off when i got back. Also frustrating to have to weave through a crowd of people at an event in reception on the last afternoon, evening was annoying. Hotel could offer recycling etc as well.

The Galt house is in a convenient location. The rooms are clean, bed slept good. The service from the employees working at the bars / restaurants was lacking. They acted like they did not want to be there or wait on anyone. This was during slow time if the evening.

The hotel room was very nice. Here are some suggestions that would have made our stay better: 1. The hotel needs better communication on where to find the restaurants. It is not clear what building to find food and how to get there. Several guests - including us were wandering around and asking the Starbucks workers how to get to the restaurants. 2. Better communication on how to access wifi. Information in the room would be helpful. 3. Add ATM to the lobby area

Was made to buy a green wrist band for 50 dollars because my husband and I and 3 grandkids who all are under the age of 7 stayed at the hotel for Thunder Over Louisville. Was never made aware of that we could only bring just 2 of our grandkids. We will never stay at this hotel again. Will never recommend this hotel as well. I totally understand that having a wrist band shows that you have paid to stay in the hotel. But to make us purchase a wristband for one of our grandkids is totally ridiculous.

Our air conditioner in our room didn’t work and they never sent anyone to fix it and we found several bugs in our room and when we called the front desk they said there was nothing they could do. I paid over $400 for the room and didn’t have a great experience.

Decent. Great cleaning service. Just surprised the check in staff told me there are no shuttle service to airport, but when i was waiting for 5am uber, there was a shuttle in front if the hotel .

Galt house is in the perfect location to enjoy downtown Louisville. Parking deck makes it convenient to park with skybridge to Yum Center. Staff was helpful and our rooms were comfortable and clean.

Second stay at Galt house, and I will definitely always consider for stays in Louisville. Concierge, valet very helpful and accommodating. Comfy rooms. Only complaint. Slow elevators.
