Feels like they are cutting corners. For example, room service (bed making, towels) only every other day. No complimentary coffee service - which is a first. They have a nice Starbucks setup, but I was surprised that nothing is included anymore.

Staff is lovely. Breakfast to order and Starbucks coffee. Fast and delicious. Check in staff and bartender were great. Not really a restaurant after breakfast, so don’t count on a restaurant meal. Nice bar tho.

The desk staff were wonderful. I loved having the tv’s in the restaurant. The woman who runs the restaurant is really friendly and efficient . On the downside, the gym floor was dirty, especially under the hand weights. Although it has a place to do floor exercises, it doesn’t have foam mats. Marriott should provide regular complimentary coffee in the lobby. Many hotels do, and Marriott striving to be better should offer this. The bathroom sink area is too small. We were 2 people with our various pills and toiletries, none of which fit in this tiny area. There were no shelves underneath the sink to place anything, very, very bad design.

It’s a good property to stay at. The hotel was clean but looked like some old property recently renovated. Easy and convenient parking. Many restaurants options around the area within 5 minutes drive. If the staff could be more welcoming that would be better for the customers. 30 minutes away from Denver Airport.

The room didn’t have a microwave so we had to walk to the front desk to warm up food. The bistro wasn’t open on weekends however because of big football game they opened it. The ac unit didn’t properly work overall it was a decent stay.

Thank you for taking the time to do our survey. We are really sorry that the AC unit didn't work properly and we did let the maintenance know of this issue for it to not happen again. The even bistro is usually a Monday thru Friday at our property. We do open it when we are busy. The microwaves are not in any of our rooms, we have 1 at the front desk in the market, we apologize that you had to keep coming to the front desk to warm food.

I loved it!! Felt like home after traveling a lot. I stayed an extra night and didn’t want to leave. It was restful overall and I loved the lemon water in the lobby. Everything you could want gone away from home. The only thing is I felt that the check in person gypped me a little and put me in a smaller room than I reserved. Also, not sure who was above me - resident or workspace- but they were noisy as heck like throwing 100lb weights on the floor kind of loud. And neighboring roomies let their door slam at 10pm ish. I was seriously trying to sleep after a long day. So more problems with ther guests than hotel staff.

Didn’t get my full stay
The stay in general was fine. The room was great but on the day of check out, I had not checked out yet and I went to pick my daughter up at the airport. When I got back to the hotel at 10am my room was being cleaned even thought check out was noon and I had not checked out yet. I was not happy. But I just went ahead and checked out.
