Thank you for taking the time to do our survey. We are really sorry that the AC unit didn't work properly and we did let the maintenance know of this issue for it to not happen again. The even bistro is usually a Monday thru Friday at our property. We do open it when we are busy. The microwaves are not in any of our rooms, we have 1 at the front desk in the market, we apologize that you had to keep coming to the front desk to warm food.
